    thanks for the tips in learning to strengthen my core I have a bad spine and was told by my dr. by doing this it will lessen my pain

    Thanks, have you ever had success with using ice bath or heat for piriformis syndrome?

      Ice didn't really work for me. I had good and bad times with heat. However, the only heat I had success with was body induced heat using an acupressure mat. amzn.to/3h4FrhH It'd increase blood flow to those areas and they'd heat up naturally.

    rotations are really bad for herniated disks, if anyone here suspects or know to have it don't do the ones that rotates the spine! Your pain can gets worse

      Yes that's why I recommend you use your feet at a the pivot point not form the hips. I explain that in the post included with this video. Rotations are safe if you rotate form your feet and brace your core. Always avoid doing them from your hips. Even when doing thing like opening up a door or a window where you need to rotate.

    Spinal Stenosis Surgery on L4 L5 both righ and left sides of the spine in 2021. Start of 2024 Jan 1 starting feeling discomfort. Jan15 my motion is limited but I don't have any pain leg. Reason whybim.here
