You need to swing out and set the ramp auger. Lot easier that way. Also, you do not need to haul the bags to the top of the tank. With the ramp out and set, just dump the bags into the feed auger and run through the mill for mixing. Do it with the cobs, lot easier and faster.

OMG your life is really magnificent, the good thing is that your children learn it from you and that is wonderful. I would give anything to leave the madness of life that Miami has and live in your place, breathe that air, enjoy nature, leaving the traffic and the daily movement that is lived here. I congratulate you !!! I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!!! Love your family ❣️

To run it without sitting in the seat, flip your seat up against the steering wheel, then engage your PTO. That's how my little bx23s and bx2380 work.

Hello from Arkansas. Morning. When I was much much younger. Kinda like back in the day. LOL. We had one of them grinders kinda like yours. So before I could comment on yours. I had to call my oldest brother to see what kind we had. He said ours was a New Holland brand. We could grind hay or corn or other stuff like that. And add minerals as you did. Ours had different size screens depending on what we were grinding up. Thanks for making me think back again from days gone by. Have a super day my friend.

Also, out of curiousity, are you trying to increase milk production or just trying to provide a better quality feed?

Sounded like it was a little above an idle but it might just seem quiet on the video. I would run full blast or near it.

Hi McGie Homestead Adventures , Great video you have produced here, I really enjoyed it, great content. I particularly enjoyed the Hammer Mill starting at 2:00, seeing how you started an old machine up. I felt it was really informative and you really brought the point across well. I am really interested in engineering and have had a career in engineering for over 28 years from everything from starting as a mechanics assistant to now a Project Manager. I was raised on a mixed farm which was arable, beef, dairy and pigs. I enjoy sharing my skills and knowledge as well with others like yourself. I have provide training to others and had apprentices work with me to kick start there careers. I have started my own channel to share some of my knowledge of some maintenance skills which would be useful on a farm, you should check it out. I am a small You Tuber and a shout out would be nice. I thought your video was so good that I have subscribed and look forward to other Great content. Many thanks, Great job.
