In acest film motorul este de 4 kw la 3000 rot/min. Matrita are 260 mm si peleti au 8mm grosime. Motorul de 4 kw nu face fata. Trebuie un motor de 7,5 kw

@@BIGPGA Probabil ca sunt tot felul de retete pentru a fabrica peletii si pot face diferite amestecuri. Eu am amestecat paiele cu putina apa si au iesit super ok. La soba racheta se pot folosi si boabe de porumb dar trebuie modificat arzatorul astfel incat sa nu cada boabele din el. Peletii sunt mai marisori si nu sunt probleme. Am vazut soba racheta construita de tine dar as zice sa incerci sa faci una din caramida cu samota si va functiona perfect.

Diferenta intre cele doua consta in modul de functionare al sistemului de presare. Granulator furaje = rola este fixa, iar matrita se roteste. Viteza de rotatie a axului reductor este de 150-300 rpm. Pret produs nou cel putin 1000 Euro. Masina peleti = rola se misca (creeaza o presiune mai mare), iar matrita este fixa. Viteza de rotatie a axului reductor este de 80-150 rpm. Pret produs nou cel putin 5000 Euro. Daca se cumpara de noua, masina de facut peleti este mult mai scumpa decat cea de granulat. Sistemul din clip are nevoie de imbunatatiri, in primul rand se recomanda folosirea unui reductor, ci nu a unei fulii ce mareste cuplul. Oricum pentru inceput este foarte bine. Bravo! Respect pentru toate proiectele puse in practica.

Muy buena tu palletizadora pero quede con una duda la manguera es una valvula tiene alguna funcion con un compresor
la manguera es para engrasar. La vaselina se introduce en los cojinetes a través de esa manguera.

De momento haré pellets para mi propio consumo. Se pueden hacer mejoras en el camino, se puede hacer una pequeña línea de producción.

Daca se cumpara de noua, masina de facut peleti este mult mai scumpa decat cea de granulat.
Sistemul din clip are nevoie de imbunatatiri, in primul rand se recomanda folosirea unui reductor, ci nu a unei fulii ce mareste cuplul.
Oricum pentru inceput este foarte bine. Bravo! Respect pentru toate proiectele puse in practica.
@@JohnnyCrowStudio Multumesc frumos pentru apreciere. Aveti mare dreptate. Acesta este un granulator si nu intentionez sa fac peleti din rumegus cu el. Granulatorul are un motor de 4 kw si vreau sa il schimb cu unul de 7,5 kw. Atunci o sa incerc sa fac peleti din paie. Am facut cateva teste cu acest granulator si cred ca merge binisor. Posibl pe viitor sa incerc varianta cu reductor de turatii.
