Im creating an online music production company where people can book someone to mix, master or do a full production of there basic track. At this time you can only book an appointment for a maximum of 24 hour. Some of our job can take days to complete. It's currently limited to appointments and services with fixed durations that cannot go over into the next day. Perhaps a recurring appointment option can suit your needs. Great tutorial, I really appreciate all the hardwork you put in to create this content. Is it possible to change the duration based on the number of people selected per appointment? For example: if one person is selected the duration is 30m, if 2 people are selected the duration is also 30m but if 3 or 4 people are selected the duration is 1hr.

You can set the minimum capacity for a service is 5 and then you need to turn off the option in settings called Allow booking below minimum capacity only for the first booking minimum of people that will be required be 5. But if the capacity is for example 7 next 2 people will be able to book for themself only. What you want to achieve is not available as such since we have the opposite option to limit the number of people that be brought not to set the minimum of people that be brought. Hope this helps. Is there a quick fix for this? I'm building a website for a customer, and they will have overnight (up to 10 days stays from customers), and price gets higher the more nights the customer spend there. It's currently limited to appointments and services with fixed durations that cannot go over into the next day. For example, your employee's working hours can be from 00:00 - 24:00 on all days, but if there's a service that lasts 3 hours, and someone would like to book that service at 23:00, the time slot will not be available, since Amelia can't go into the next day. I changed the working hours in the settings but when I send my clients the booking link they see the old time slots before the change. I made sure to safe the change several times but it doesn't seem to work. Help appreciated, thanks

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, you should be able to set this up easily in general settings just set default time slot step to be 5 minutes for example. After that you can set that your services last 5, 35 55. 60 minutes, etc. This should help.

In employee work hours you can set that the employee is working on several services at the same time but as soon as he is booked on one service that employee is then unavailable for booking on other services. En mi caso, que solo sería un fotógrafo prestando el servicio; ¿cómo debería configurar esto? Mi necesidad es la siguiente: quiero que un cliente tenga la opción de optar por 8 horas; por ejemplo desde las 08:00 de la mañana hasta las 16:00 de la tarde (8 horas) pero no quiero que en ese mismo día esté disponible la reservación entonces desde 09:00 de la mañana hasta las 17:00 de la tarde (también 8 horas) ...esto no me sería posible de cumplir porque estaría en la boda que se reservó para las 08:00 y que dura hasta las 16:00... ¿Cómo se soluciona esto? El otro detalle es que me he percatado de que a pesar de que, habiendo solo la posibilidad de contratar una hora del servicio, continuan aparenciendo opciones por más tiempo; esto trae confución en la reservación porque el cliente cree que existen estas posibilidad de reserva de tiempo, y lo selecciona pero a la hora de que se registre la cita, solo se hará por el tiempo resalmente disponible... El administrador nunca sabrá cual fue el tiempo real que el cliente quería contratar, y el cliente no sabrá que el tiempo que quería fue ajustado al tiempo que existía disponible... También tengo el problema de que aunque está configurado el horario de la empresa, el horario del trabajador, y el horario del servicio, el cliente tiene a su elección horarios que exceden estos límites...por ejemplo, la empresa trabaja hasta las 17:00; pero el cliente puede seleccionar una cita a las 16:00 que dura 4 horas... es decir que sobrepasa todos los horarios. De echo, aparece una lista de posibilidades que llegan hasta la madrugada del día siguiente... obviamente da un error a la hora de hacer la reserva porque este horario no está disponible. Considero que todo es producto de mi mala interpretación de la configurarción del plugin, solicito ayuda para resolver estos detalles
