Great video! I've always believed in the power of experience and reliability when it comes to WordPress plugins. I would always pick a well-established one like the tried-and-true plugin you've showcased here. It's like choosing a seasoned pro over a rookie - you know it's been battle-tested and has a track record of delivering

Amelia is a extra plugin, from great developers team !!
Thank you for the detailed review. A right combination of theme/page builder, booking plugin and a skillful website owner can result in beautiful, functional booking websites with smooth UX.
Hi Alexander As the founder behind Amelia you probably know, that Customer Service and Support is one of the most crucial parts of a good business and Customer Relationship. Amelia is really lacking of a good Support. To many open Tickets with reported bugs, errors and Amelia lets Customers wait for ages until they answer a ticket. Before investing in to much advertising and sponsored content, you really need to work on the basics and improve your Customer Support! Thanks!
Hi Urs@@outdooradventuresswitzerland as mentioned in the email, we're sorry for the delay on your tickets - those coincided with the weekend, but I believe you already received the replies by now, and I hope your case will be solved soon. I understand it may be frustrating to wait for the support to answer, and we're doing our best to minimize the time to solve each request. Ultimately each case gets solved, and we're glad that users rate our support high. Best regards, Alexander
Hey Aleksadar Thanks a lot! Indeed, I did get the support and the problem is solved. Keep up the good work and do not stop investing in Customer Support.
@@outdooradventuresswitzerland glad to hear it has been resolved! We’ll do our best to continue improving on all fronts. Wish you many bookings with Amelia! 🙂
Awesome. This is great. Is it possible to have consent forms with signatures for individual services, for example, facial, microneedling, botox, etc. As a url link? Just seeing which plugin would be ideal for a med spa business. Credit Card Capture instead of prepay, packages, loyalty rewards, cancellation fees and sms/email reminders. Which of the Amelia plugins have this? Im excited to learn more and hopeful you have this if not for forms, maybe there is an additional plugin that can be used? 🙏🙏🙏
There are a mega more possibilities especially when combined with uncanny automator! The most important thing for mail is the SMTP. If you don't congruate this, mails usually don't arrive. Also the database must be in good order. There are many things you have to configure in advance or the website will be slow. If you have everything in place, it is a great tool!
Hey, we use Amelia and our website is slow loading. Can you elaborate what you mean by taking steps to have a clean database etc? Or any links etc you can share, I would like to check if there is anything I can do to increase speed regarding Amelia. Thanks a lot.
@@jing652 There's a high chance that one of the plugins you're using has bloated code that's making your website slow. To make sure the problem isn't with a plugin, try disabling them one by one. After disabling each plugin, clear your website cache and see if the website loads faster
Hi, I offer online courses and I need a calendar where the customer could pick a start date for the course. The course usually is open for 10 people and it's happen every 2 weeks or so. Could I implement this with Amelia? There is no need for time slots, the customer need to pick only the start date and this date should be available for 10 people in total. Is that possible with Amelia? If not, could you please suggest another plugin?
I'm curious if you plan to allow subscribers to set hum appointment tasks themselves so that e can build a website where, for example, vacation homes can be rented directly from subscribers. This would be a great step that I myself am looking forward to. Thanks for the great tool!
I appreciated your conditional menus tutorial, but Amelia users don't use wordpress user details. Is there a way to use the Amelia users to conditionally change which page has visibility?
@@alexandergilmanov110 does it then work from a master supplier calendar in the backend to know when a time slot is full while it allows for people to book from several offerings? Or does this chop it down to one by one and no interconnection on the backend so if someone books in one event/appointment, it will then block off that time across all bookings available on the frontend? I hope I'm making sense. Also, do you know when you will have recurring billing for subscription offerings? I have seen that this is something people have been asking for, for about two years and as a recent purchaser of your plugin, that was the one thing I didn't pick up on until 'after I paid' and it is something I need for the type of offerings I have. I also need the ability to send invoices (receipts) once they book an event/appointment. Is that available? Thank you.
Hello there, We appreciate your interest in the Invoice option within Amelia. At the moment, it's not yet available, but I want to assure you that our dedicated team of developers is actively working on implementing this feature. We anticipate that it will be ready for use in the near future. Thank you for your patience, and we look forward to providing you with this added functionality soon. Best regards.
Garbage plugin restricting 1 employee to one location and encouraging to create fake employees in other locations but you screwed if multiple services is booked in different location for same time
FluentBooking is a cleaner and more open, if you ask me. Still lacks some features since it is so new, but Amelia is just a little overly complex. And it is more closed by nature. And the integrations between Fluent tools if you use stuff like FluentCRM and Fluent Forms cannot be beat.
What are you talking about? I've been using Amelia for years and support has always been great. I've opened more than 45 tickets over the years. Never has the language been an issue. If anything, limitations and bugs of the software were the bigger problem, but they always did what they could to help.

Does it have front-end access? I need my users to be able to set up their own booking form.
yes it has
Hello Great Video! Do you know if one can change the order of the steps and add custom steps? I may need an extra step before the service Selection...

Hi,
I was considering it for a project, but not sure if it works for booking one slot/service for a group but priced per person? Like a tour for e.g.
Hi Amilia
Your can’t 'charge a 10% cancellation fee for any no-shows plus you can’t charge deposit from customers
When I download the plug-in to my site I get an error 52. Says the plug-in can’t make elementor widgets or something.
does it offer to capture customer's location?
Is it free?
Unfortunately not. Currently plans start from £69 - £299 😒
@@StevanOvich61 That would the too much for the country where I live in 🥲
Actually, there's a free version it's just limited.@@StevanOvich61
Using Amelia for events is not very useful since it doesn't create separate links for each event that can be easily shared on social media.
It’s possible though to create separate pages for events with the slugs you want, and paste shortcodes there

Unfortunately Amelia doesn't send invoices which is must have this days 😢

I guess it comes down to if you need the features the FB doesn’t have or you don’t use FluentCRM.
Currently, I’d say they are very different products.
Agreed. They're pretty different. Probably will remain that way, even as FB gets better.
I love Amelia ❤ but if you need contact support is disaster. Half of those people don't speak English. Be aware
