Actually, it's just one additional plugin (Crontrol) since, as mentioned in the video, cron isn't a built-in feature of Amelia-it's a Linux tool that needs to be configured to run. We’d love to hear your thoughts, though, if you’re aware of an easier way to set this up!

In the widget, you just choose the correct one place on a page and publish it. There is a major flaw in Amelia that no one talks about. You can not change the tax name to GST or HST, it stays on VAT does not matter what you name it in the finance tab.
Hi, and thank you for your comment! VAT is the default label in Amelia's forms, but all transactions in the Finance tab will display "tax," not "VAT." To change the label to "GST" or something else on the booking form, simply go to the Customize section. From there, you can go through all the steps where "VAT" is mentioned and replace it with your preferred label. Hope this helps!

We try to show how you can set as many options in Amelia as we can but it is important to mention that cron/reminder notifications are not Amelia's feature they can be used with WordPress without Amelia and they are set on the server. This locations are far from each other and I have only one employee . So once the employee ( Dive Master ) was book in one of this location ( service ) the other locations should not be available already to be booked since the employee is already booked to one location which is really miles apart from other locations in the booking . Any workaround to fix this issue ? I really wanted this issue to be sorted out ASAP since we are going to launch the site live soon . " Can this be done with a single piece of JS code ? Something conditional logic . For example if Service 1 is booked , Service 2 - 9 will be blocked for any appointments booking . This is the one major function that I rreally need to implement so I hope you guys can find me a solution with this .

Hi, can Wpamelia booking system for situation like have just only 1 room location and only have 1 employee, the situation is Total 9 services : - 3 service (1, 2, 3) available only in Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. - 6 service (4,5,6,7,8,9) available in all day How to avoid double booking when a customer orders "service 5" on Tuesday at 20:00, and then service (1,2,3) on Tuesday at 20:00 automatically becomes unavailable?

Yes, this is possible and this is how Amelia works as soon as an emplyoee is booked on one service he is then unavailable for other services to prevent double booking. I'd like to implement Amelia as my booking system, however I see a limitation. I need for each working day 3 defined time slots: 8am - 12am / 1pm - 5pm / 8am - 5pm. 4-hour and 9-hour slots. I read that the longest slots are for 8 hours - how to receive a 9 hours slot I need?

The invoice should have an edit option. Currently, they are useless in Poland as they lack the essential information required for an invoice. Additionally, there should be an option to translate them into different languages.

We should be implementing invoice option in the future but we do not have an eta at this time. Invoices should be translated automatically but these is new feature and we still did not get all translations from our users. Please note that we do not have translators in our company, so all translated languages Amelia has have been translated by our customers. If you find any inconsistencies with the translation, please feel free to correct them using POEdit open a ticket and send us the corrected translation, so we can add it to the plugin. Words can be changed using POEDIT for example very easily. If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction: 1. Download the Amelia plugin from CodeCanyon and save the .zip file on your computer. 2. Unzip the downloaded .zip file. 3. You need to download and install POEDIT. 4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po. 5. Translate all the strings that are not translated 6. Save the translation. 7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/. @AmeliaWordPressBookingPlugin I mean, just give us the option to edit what’s on the invoice, just like we can change and edit the wording on booking forms ;) That way, you don’t need to translate it-we’ll handle it ourselves if we have the option to edit.
Followed the steps up to the point where the employee screen is blank, but deleting the caches doesn't resolve that for me. And the section to input my purchase code is still blanked out as if I'm on a lite license. Feels like the download provided for Standard version from TMS store is incorrect

Any chance you all provide professional services? I find the tool nice and the dashboard in WordPress great but honestly setting up everything is a bit of a nightmare for the average user trying to create a site. With features like zoom integrated into a "add to calendar" invite from the booking confirmation screen to rescheduling and cancelling, it is not that user friendly on the setup side. I've created tickets and have followed the directions and have submitted follow up videos that the instructions aren't working. If I could get any help via video call I'd truly appreciate that.

Hi, I have a question regarding the Amelia Employees Panel. Is it possible for only Amelia Managers to create, modify, or delete appointments and assign them to different users from the front-end, while allowing Amelia Employees to only view their own appointments? Currently, these actions can only be done from the WordPress admin panel, but I would prefer that only Amelia Managers have the ability to modify appointments from the front-end, and that Amelia Employees can only see their own bookings.

This is such an over engineered setup. Simply have the Amelia time be based on WordPress settings, which already has all the time zones built-in. Military time should not even be an option much less the default. No one in normal life uses time this way. Amelia is the only booking plugin that has this implementation.

As for the employees' emails, if you use Google or Outlook for emails there is a workaround. You can put the same email just place +number before @ and you will be able to save employees but all emails will go to the same email address. For example, test@gmail.com, test+1@gmail.com, test+2@gmail.com etc, will be different while saving and you will be able to save all employees but all emails will go to the test@gmail.com address. @@AmeliaWordPressBookingPlugin I explain why: the thing is, Amelia does not offer a referral system for clients to sign up for; So, the plugin that exists requires Woocommerce, so far so good. But then, we have on the one hand Customer Panel, and Employee Panel (Amelia) and on the other hand My Acount (Woocommerce) so that clients can see their activity using the referral system of the other plugin...etc. For now I have decided to give up the reference system of this other plugin, and give up on Woocommerce; because there would be many My Account type panels for the client. But in reality it would be amazing to be able to integrate everything... or for Amelia to implement a system for customers to make referrals to our site/service and earn points, bonuses, discounts, money... and us new customers. (I don't speak English so please forgive me for any mistakes)
Question: Does a customer have to go through the login process EVERY TIME they want to view their customer panel? Isn't it enough that they are logged into my website? I'd rather not have my customers have to go through 2 sets of logins to manage their appointments. Or do I have it wrong? This is a dealbreaker for me.
Hello there, Thank you for reaching out to us. They do not have to log in each time to the customer panel if they are logged in as a WP user. We have option called Automatically create Amelia Customer user - If this option is enabled, every time a new customer makes an appointment, they will automatically get a WordPress user with the Amelia Customer user role and an email with login details from WP. That WP user would be connected to the customer created in Amelia. If someone is already a WordPress user and they book an appointment for the first time in Amelia while logged in to WP, the customer created in Amelia will be connected to that WP user, and they will get the Amelia Customer role in WP. This way, they will have the same login info for the Amelia customer panel and WordPress. And once they click on customer panel it will open automatically. But this is tied to WP login not to a login on your site. If they aren't logged to WP they will need to enter mail and password in customer panel login. It would be useful to explain how to verify the app, Google asks for a bunch of items that are not simple for the regular user and we have to explain to our users to ignore that screen which is not very professional.
