You can submit this petition RIGHT AWAY, now because you're not a US citizen, your spouse have to go back to her country and be interviewed at the embassy/consulate.

Hey Ketma, public charge inadmissibility grounds apply (the old rules which were always around). The State Dept updated their manual long before Feb 24,2020 to make it tougher on folks and this resulted in more denials in 2019. I have an old video about this issue.

Good video and much appreciated, but you should try to give more details - otherwise this feels like clickbait. For instance, was this couple financially sound? Did they need a third-party sponsor? Are they currently employed? In other words, more details on how this application was made 'absolutely perfect' that it only took 7 months. We applied in February 2020, was returned for more information and at that point had to complete declaration of self-sufficiency before sending back in mid July 2020. Now it's Oct 2020 and still waiting for biometrics scheduling.

Can I apply for the fast process because they delayed my Notice of action or I have to wait in accordance with the case processing time of 16 to 20 months.?

Barry OBrien apparently the ASC offices were not yet closed at the time.Also I too got approved with very little evidence and I provided a declaration statement along with affidavits but it was under a different green card category

How much does it cost to hire a lawyer to file your marriage-based Petition?
If I already submitted and paid my case for N 400, should I be worry for price change? I done this in June and they only responded my case receipt so far. Is this normal and nothing else I can do?
Is it a must for a priority date to become current after a year ( 12 months )
