Thank you for this info. Biggest problem is that you have shortness of breath, brain fog and Fatigue. It takes 2 months to see a PCP, then 2 to 3 months to have your heart and lungs checked out. Then they tell you it’s all in your head and you need anxiety meds.

Try practicing some breath work maybe to get the respiratory system going again, start with oxygen advantage then maybe onto Wim Hof method, this can also help shift the underlying issues and legacy of the virus. Ice baths is not a bad idea too with the Wim Hof method if you are feeling up to it, this will force your system to get going again whether you like it or not.

Everyone is going to tell what is working for them listen to all of them and then what you think sounds more to you and what your symptoms are start there because in the situation we are with not help because the great majority of doctors don’t know or don’t want to know if your lucky maybe you got one but is like winning the lottery ok. Right now I just started the advice of dr Paul he seems knowledgeable and explained why each supplement he recommended is going to do and very specific is not a cure is a help to feel better with all those symptoms that we have now because I had other health issues not related to COVID I am also working with those symptoms and the less medication I take the better I got sick every time I had try one my allergies are getting bigger and I need to them smaller the diet is a killer for someone like me that like food and eat variety and different styles and ethnic food. Right now my focus is find out what works better and help feel better so don’t get discouraged your life depends on you nobody else and you matter to you, your family and friends the rest forget it so good luck in finding your answer ok

Thank you for your help I’ve been practicing breath work is being recommended to my by everyone and is helping me at least to calm down a little but I know I need to work more on that, mindfulness helps and recently read a book about anxiety and chronic anxiety how I got to the extreme it clarifies very well my journey to hell and how I can get better with this a big effort from me but taking one step at the time and with the help of my therapist because if I am able to reduce the anxiety I will be able to sleep better and more hours and that’s one of the first rules on getting better living with long COVID sleep and rest right now is one of my goals I need to calm my mind is always running

This list covers everything as needed. Keep your electrolytes up without the sugar. Purified water is taking out trace minerals which is not good. Liposomal vitamin C. at least 10,000 IU of. D3/K2 this is very important for respiratory problems. Just being in the sun isn’t always the best. Combine the two. Healthy D3 saved peoples lives. Not all people absorb so take it anyway because it’s hard to take to much. Eat with a form of fat because it’s a fat soluble vitamin. After breakfast or a meal with real butter.

@@tonecii Nicotinic acid instead of NR (does same thing, some say better), NAC with selenium and molybdenum instead of glutathione (does the same thing but better, and an added benefit is as NAC oxidizes after opening the bottle, it also acts as a powerful anticoagulant), D3 with MK-7, Vitamin C, Zinc, Magnesium, Curcumin, Bromelain, a can of Kippers per day (Omega 3's), lacto-fermented food and astaxanthin (covid caused me vision and vertigo problems), melatonin and weekly ivermectin. I also took sunflower lecithin because I suspected my vertigo problem was neurological and it's supposed to help with that, but I'm not convinced). Moderate exercise and a ton of rest. Of the things I took, the ones that seemed to help the most were nicotinic acid (you don't need a ton), Magnesium (helped me sleep when I weaned myself of melatonin) and NAC. My vitamin D levels were extremely low, so the D3 also helped. Here's the study on NAC clearing up clots: research.gatech.edu/busting-clots-and-clearing-chemical-mystery I would also have added Nattokinase but didn't know about it until I was almost better, but be careful about having too many blood thinning supplements! I've been taking supplements for a couple years now with not much luck in helping me, but I started taking glycine a couple months ago and my energy has returned. I still can't breath and I have heart palpitations, but I do feel better with the glycine. An added bonus is that I no longer get leg cramps, which is something I've dealt with all my life. It's a blessing not to wake up in the middle of the night in pain from cramps.

    • @alisonreed4408
      @alisonreed4408 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

Nattokinase helped my shortness of breath and air hunger as well as palpitations and tachycardia. It took several months to see full benefit but first improvements were noticed after several weeks, whereas before nothing helped for nearly a year with these horrendous symptoms. I would recommend anyone with breathing issues after C to look into nattokinase, there is a lot of research on it online now luckily, was barely anything when I started but I felt I had to take a risk.
The theory is microclots from endothelial inflammation due to spike protein are blocking small blood vessels and impairing circulation, this affects every organ and lungs are full of small blood vessels, as circulation is impaired the oxygenated blood can't reach some parts of our bodies so the brain is signalling a lack of oxygen making us feel breathless, even though our lung scans may look normal. The small blood vessels do not appear on these scans so this wouldn't be visible.
Nattokinase breaks down fibrin which holds the microclots together so eliminates them over time.
I hope you find some improvement, wouldn't wish this on anyone

I also had found different videos of people trying different treatment mostly for pain and a lot a of had been cured they found out that the brain is sending the wrong message to the body they started to rewire and moving the body little by little every day even starting with a finger they didn’t have COVID but is the same principle and many people had given testimony how doing that they also had been cured they called this treatment neuroplasticity is very interesting

I was suffering from fatigue, brain fog and other symptoms after my covid vaccine, the ONLY thing that worked was changing my diet. I stopped shopping at Wal Mart and my grocery store. This spring I started exclusively buying my food from farmers markets. I only eat fresh local beef, chicken, pork, fruit and vegetables I have to shop across three different farmers to get all the different food I need to keep a varied diet, but it is sooooo worth it. The first week I went through withdrawal of all the sugar, but starting feeling better in week 2 and started feeling really good in week 3 and after a month, I was feeling GREAT. I now have ZERO symptoms, I have energy and my life back. AND, because I only buy quality food, not crap, the real food fills me up and I stay full, so I buy less food and I have lost 20 pounds, so even though the prices are slightly higher per piece of food, since I buy less, my food costs have gone DOWN! I am dreading this fall as farmers markets will be closing down in a few months, I am not sure what I am going to do this winter...

Just because you and your GP luckily aren't in about 10% of people susceptible to Long Covid, doesn't mean those 10% did something to bring this horrendous, debilitating illness with no known treatment onto themselves by something they did like having a jab. Yes in some people jabs also can trigger very similar symptoms to actual Long Covid from a virus, it is known and a thing. But original Long Covid started in early 2020 and hundreds of thousands of us were affected following even very mild cases of the virus, note well before the jabs ever existed. Coq10 and the herb Astralagus which has university studies that uphold that it does work. I try take liposomal products when can. D3 with k's. Korean Panax Ginseng with least 10% ginsenosides RG1 and Rbl1. Take multi B- complex vitamins. Magnesium. L. Carnitine. All wonderful I have degree in health Ed. And have had chronic fatigue syndrome for 30 years and I have a study published in a Medical Journal. All that this doctor is promoting does help believe me I know. Give a try. Add one at a time and titrate up till you feel they help. I would be back totally bed bound with fatigue if not for these supliments. All drugs I took only didn't work but gave me horrible side effects. Also red lite therapy. Infrared. Tell your doctor what you are taking even if he doesn't believe in them. Some herbs can produce small side effects or interfere with drugs from doctor you are already taking. Good luck and good health to all of you.

He laughed at me and said ‘no, you have mild arthritis. I left his services and went to a rheumatologist who said I was having a severe immunological response to the vaccine. He said the gp should be deregisteted. All our Covid clinics have been shut down! Disgusting.

Don't forget the cause can also be the elephant in the room.
I am taking COQ10, D/K2, Omega 3, B Complex and Natokinase, as well as a top up once a week of Mag and Zinc. Progress is good. At one point I thought the end was nigh. Now, not sleepy during the day, neurology better (no tingling fingers etc), heart regularity good (previously arythmia) and blood pressue falling (although thecprescribed meds of Zanipress made me feel aweful, so stopped and now just take a baby asprin daily). I refused statins as my cholestrol is only marginally high, but the doctor was very pushy on them. I have been eating no trans fats or processed oils and stick only to natural products such as olive oil, butter, yogurt and a modest amount of animal fats. My next appointment is in 2 months so we will see where those levels are. But to be honest, I have very little faith now in pharmaceutical based medicine. Just give your body what it needs and all should work out, at least I am finding so.

Nattokinase has Berg shown to dissolve spike proteins that your cells are creating, per my herbalist. I'm not sure if a protocol, but it needs to entail heavy metal detox of the graphene oxide. Definitely Nattokonase on going basis. Going to help prevent blood clots. I can't across a product called Spike Support by one of the doctors speaking out. The blood clots are being caused not just by the spike proteins though, also the graphene oxide, which can be manipulated by frequencies and they're talking about going from 5g to 6g, so I would really get on researching heavy metal detox. Also consider MMS to detox your cells and other things that can detox the cells. You need to take a charcoal product to help carry these garbage out of the body. Look into fasting.

All of these are good, but vitamin D is vital. Maintaining high levels of vit D is not negociable, especially if you're sick. I4ve been taking one bulb of 80.000 IU of vit D a month for years, mandatory if you have any kind of POTS. Good melatonin (Solgar) makes me sleep big time. All of these minerals are a must in any case if you're sick..

Having your Vitamin D3 levels tested regularly is key. New research shows that a level of about 70 ng/ml to 100 ng/ml is a good place to be with blood levels of Vitamin D for the best immune system health. Sunlight exposure daily also has proven to be effective in raising Vitamin D levels and has additional benefits with UV A and B rays. Apparently, we get about 25,000 IU of Vitamin D daily from sun exposure alone. The new, revised dosages of Vitamin D required daily intake is 5,000 IU to 10,000 IU daily for most people and 25,000 IU to 50,000 IU for those severely ill who need massive doses of Vitamin D. Vitamin D comes in several forms some of which are more suitable to easy absorption into the body. (Like calcifediol) A new study also came out recently showing promise with the use of the diabetes drug Metformin. I recommend getting a doctor who is up on the new study research and can prescribe and treat long Covid with the latest information and treatments. Low vitamin D levels in the blood and low sun exposure have been linked to negative Covid outcomes and unbalanced, unregulated immune system responses. Beyond this, the MATH+ protocol using steroids like methylprednisone, heparin, ascorbic acid, and thiamin may also be helpful.
