I had horrific long Covid for 32 months, it was neurologic. No POTS or brain fog, other things. Dr. Bryan Ardis suggested nicotine patches and I tried a 7 day course. 7mg patches for 7 days. In 3 to 4 weeks my nightmare was reduced 95% plus. The concept behind it was to occupy nicotinic receptors with nicotine to prevent the spike protein from binding to those receptors. It has been life changing. I was a bare shell of my former self and now am almost completely back! As a physician and surgeon, I’m back in action. It’s cheap, easy, and relatively safe.

It would be nice if all those channels could put up a bord on the screen with the clearly written how to:
    1. detect long covid through tests so that we can bring those to our physicians who deny even the existence of this disease
    2. treat this disease
Most people still have problems with screen shots and internet so the board with written instructions should stay long on the screen so that people have time to write those down.
Thank you, keep up the good work.

ArtemiC Rescue and ArtemiC Support is designed to be used for covid and long covid. And I've found it to be highly effective for both. It is expensive at around 200 for a full treatment of covid or long covid. However considering that some people have had loss of income or loss of career or loss of hair, it really is worth the money.

I had omicron and since have tremors that have gotten so bad I have had to go from full time to three shifts a week. I have fatigue like nothing I have ever felt I have asthma and thank God above I never had anything life threatening or out of control throughout this omicrunked ordeal as I have spent years learning to rid asthma from my being by going back to the beginning of my life and retraining myself on how to breath properly in doing so I have been medicine free for years with only a few attacks that I worked through myself by breathing and meditation.
I keep myself healthier and work in a physically active environment. Before omicron came in I was active full of life and a strong force emotionally and physically and mentally sound living in my trueself and giving for others to help heal their hearts and give them the love and support so they live in their true.
I was dependable reliable and always avail to a fault at times. Since March 2023 I am exhausted emotionally and physically I am not reliable as I am moment to moment living because I never know when the tremors will hit and how bad or long of an episode it will be. Mentally brain fogged that makes me feel totally retarded or omitarded as I like to call it. I can't make plans I have absolutely no life outside of this situation as it consumes my world with my trying to research and innerstand my body with the symptoms that I have lived with to find the ways to better get it out of me. I am looking for a neurologist for body movement disorders which is a chore for insurance reasons making the frustration rise and me to withdrawal and just live best I can doing the suggestions I have found through my research. I said all along omicron is the source and getting the help to move forward has been challenging.
The tremors kick my ass I don't drive anymore as I can't live with the chance I tremor and hurt someone driving and nights I can't see as well shaking about so I chose to not drive and rely on Lyft which is costing me a bundle lol. I take supplements and God's Greens to get some relief and started inversion table treatments very slowly and only two min a day.
I walk everyday which exhausts me and I incorporated pacing methods into my days so I make it through my work shift. If I do anything like work I am down in bed tremoring away some episodes last three days and it's hell pure hell I feel so bad for my loved ones and it's more painful for them to see me in a tremor fit then for me having them and I had to explain I am okay just working it out no worries. If not for the love and compassion my family and work give me I would be so lost and alone and scared to death. At first it was hard for me to get the strength to be honest with them and show the reality that I live with daily, and it has been amazing since I let them see all of this I experience. I want my body and head back and I will battle on until this war is won and the more I know the more it's knowing a lot of no one knows which has me on a mission when I am not falling asleep or drained in the brain lol. Humor has been my lifesaver for keeping depression and feeling like a failure out. I pray for us all and am grateful for all those that post the information for us to research. I can't imagine how lost and afraid many would be without the technology available today. Live in the moment is how I live and I send love and more love compassion and strength to all that are living with this condition inside us. Together we are one force and we can beat this one soul and more. The fatigue sucks the life, the shake shakes shake it up and my brains are going insane with the bang bang banging headaches
Tinnitus has always been in my ears and asthma in my lungs which I live in control of and body aches like my muscles went on a vacation and exhaustion from simple tasks blows but I try daily to get up and get it on

Did we know at what tissue temperature did SARS COV2 better replicate?
    Why?
Because at TWiV 659 at min29 virologist Christian Drosten suggest that SARS COV2 better replicate at low tissue temperature.
Theoretically higher mucouseal respiratory temperature protect against SARS COV2 infection.

So tired of all these medical "professionals" who use our suffering to advertise their services. You can tell if they are actually recommending something they actually believe works when they use real numbers. If they don't tell you that something they are doing has helped a majority of their patients please be skeptical. Nothing so far helps Long COVID in general. You can treat specific symptoms but as someone who has tried everything it seems to me that they are just throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks. When a doctor can tell you the percentage of their patients they have seen improve with a certain medication then you can be less skeptical. Otherwise, most of what they shared here is BS. He says "a lot of people" but no numbers and more importantly no real follow up. There are plenty of ways to get some short term relief. But things like hyperbolic chambers are snake oil. Don't waste your money. Even he admits he still has long COVID. And their claim is to "reverse symptoms." Horse shit.
