It's super eerie to me how watching her speak it doesn't feel like 50 years ago at all. I think her intelligence and her identity as an outsider made her transcend the way the average celebrity would present themselves at the time, she comes through sounding just like someone from 2024 would, except maybe a slight influence from the transatlantic accent!

Cass really WAS taken from us way too soon! What makes it so sad is that she SURVIVED the '60's unlike some of her colleagues. We can imagine what Jimi and Janis might have done later, but they're preserved in that time period. Cass made it past all that and we got a taste of where she was going in her career and it looked very, very promising.

I just absolutley adore this lady. What a gift to the world. Smart as a whip, funny, witty, cordial, talented, beautiful, charming and larger than life incredible personality. You just don't meet people like her often, and when you do, you never forget them. I am so happy she left her mark on this world and gave us beautiful music to remember her by. Sometimes, I think, people are just too good for this planet and a higher power brings them home early. I truly believe Cass, along with John Denver, Jim Croce, and so many more, were just taken to a more beautiful place where they belonged.
But we miss you everyday Cass. Thank you for everything!❤

@Bella Bella I disagree. Stating someone's size used not to be considered 'fat shaming'. If he'd done so insultingly, of course, it would have been condemnable. But he didn't. More significantly, he was not only alluding to her size but her talent and personality. Try to view people less judgementally and without such a hawkish lens of victimisation.
