Ender CR Touch Install FIXES EVERYTHING | Gears and Tech

Maaaaaaate, you are amazing! Thank you! I'm so glad I found you/ this channel/ video. I swear I was going crazy over the CR Touch not working as expected. I'm happy that, thanks to you, this old faithful printer finally works straight. Only took me 2 bloody years to realise I should buy this upgrade. Thank you again. Bought the CR touch didn't help at all in my case no matter how many times I tried to manually level the bed and set the Z offset. When It tries to print it is sitting 2mm or so above the bed so I am returning mine. maybe I got the wrong firmware? downloaded same firmware as you did and it was in Chinese

You need to adjust the z offset down till it touches the bed.

Bent or not you should be able to calibrate and then do z offset to compensate

@@GearsAndTech oh sorry I was talking about the background you put behind your text blocks. It looks kind of like a cross between static and flashing, but it's just that right level of it repetition that it bothers the eyes when you see it on the peripheral of the screen like that
