I have watch this whole concert 10 times or more , and tear up every time, when they finish up and say goodbye. Absolutely astounding 5 beautiful little monsters, of their craft. I repeat... ASTOUNDING !!!!
At first, aside from a few members of the audience, there was a sense of cautious observation, but as the live performance progressed, everyone in the venue became increasingly enthusiastic. It was truly moving to witness, and I believe all of us Japanese should be proud of them! The live performance was incredibly passionate and inspiring. I was captivated and overwhelmed by the chain of catchy songs. As someone like myself, who typically has no interest in idols, I think they possess a charm that attracts even Metal Heads like me! It's important not to judge based on appearances. They are true rockers!

KANAMI and MISA guitar battle 🎸took me to a 70's rock venue. At the same time, they are creating a new, outstanding, and unique R&R for the 21st century. MAID's kindness is also fresh,😃 as interacts with fans in a very real and honest way❤ they never becoming celebrity or sex symbol.
Look how polite and humble they are all standing there waiting on the questions and responding to them. Makes them even more lovable. These women are simply incredibly talented and so adorable and endearing / interesting.
I was scrolling through Yeonjun's Instagram posts and saw the list of artists that were performing at Lollapalooza, and I was so shocked and happy to see Band Maid on that list! I've only heard a couple of their songs but they were amazing, so I'm so happy that they got the opportunity to perform at 2023 Lollapalooza!! Hopefully this band starts getting more recognition!🥹🩵

OMG, so much talent on one stage! They are incredible and I love that they are having such a good time playing for their fans, true rock stars. I love all of them but I always love to hear a lot of bass guitar and man does Misa bring it. I love to see bands like this and The Warning conquering the world.

That was a truly remarkable performance!! Epic! Only one thing is really annoying. Unfortunately, it happens more often in such broadcasts that the directors are not very good at choosing the camera. But I have really never experienced such an incompetent one. This person really has absolutely no idea about music.
The TV crew gets a separate audio feed to mix. (Usually) At least that part was way beyond the abilities of the Summer Sonic crew. Most TV crews are clueless about music and mix them according to the meters. That being said, the camera director was pretty clueless on shooting a band. I'm sure they'd prefer shooting Billie Eilish or other solo artist because that's their default focus.
I wholeheartedly agree. The spectacular performance by the band was marred by questionable shot selections, poor camera work, and overall jumbled video direction. People connect with other people by seeing their faces, not the back of their head or the side when it's completely covered by their hair, nor just an instrument. It isn't that hard to include an instrument and the person playing it in the same shot 🙄 There were so many more excited and attractive fans they could have filmed, yet they chose to go back to the same few people in the crowd. Our eyes are drawn to energy & beauty, not a difficult concept to grasp.
@@TlanImass There was a very obvious change a number of songs into the set. The original director seemed to have no problem figuring out the focus. Then it went completely random, or maybe the new director just likes drummers, because it stayed on Akane more than anyone. The stage left camera swung from Akane to Mincho for the solo and immediately the director switched to someone watching Akane again.

初めは一部のオーディエンスを除いて様子見といった感じであったが、ライブが進むにつれて会場にいるみんなが熱狂していくありさまはほんとに感動的で、我々日本人はみな彼女たちの事を誇りに思わなければいけないと思う！ ほんとにほんとに熱くて感動的なライブパフォーマンス、キャッチーな楽曲の連鎖に僕は魅惑され夢中になり熱くなって感動のあまり泣けてきました。 いわゆるアイドルには全く興味がない僕の様なＭｅｔａｌ Ｈｅａｄを引きつける魅力が彼女たちにはあると思う！ 外見で判断してはいけない。彼女たちは本物のＲｏｃｋｅｒだ！
オッサンの僕もBand-Maidが何度もオススメに上がってきて、外見からいつも無視してたんですが、暇つぶしに聞いたFreedom(Live)のみんちょソロでやられました。
Reaction動画も含めてもう観る動画が無くなってくるくらい毎日見てます。オッサンが中学生とか高校生の頃に熱くなってたROCKがまた戻ってきたんですよ。
あの頃のROCKはビート・テクニック・メロディが揃っていたんです。Band-Maidは80年代をROCKで過ごした世代にはたまらないバンドです。世界のファン層がオッサンだらけなのもよく分かります。
昔は英語の歌詞の意味も分からなかったけど、それでも熱くなれたのと同じように、今は世界中の人が日本語の歌詞の意味はよく分からないけど、彼女たちの伝えようとするものが伝わってるんだなぁ、と感じます。

There’s no camera blocking rehearsal that’s why. So, unless director knows what’s coming it will most likely be missed.

最終的にもっとBIGスターになる時には、メンバー構成的にもう少しPOPな感じも加えて、音楽的ふり幅も広げたスタイルのような気がします。技術的には何でもできそうですし。
エアロスミス、ボンジョビ、モトリークルー、パットベネター、X、みたいな感じで幅広いファン層を獲得してもっとメジャーになってください。
殆どそろってますよ 後はヨーロッパのフェスとかに出演して生のライブを体験してもらえれば・・・・

@@rony_95 personally I'll take the t-shirts that look like a maid outfit and leave the actual maid outfits to the ladies. There's usually at least one group of girl fans that will show up decked out at each show. Pretty normal crowd in general though. It's not like Rocky Horror or something. 🤣
