Great Guide, however.. With the newest version of plugy, the bosses will spawn their minions in Uber Tristram. I just managed to do it with a low budget smiter, but he had quite a few better pieces of gear than this. Also had to revive my Mercenary about 10 times (Who was equipped with Eth Reaper's Toll, Guillame's Face, and Treachery Runeword armor). May not make your guide irrelevant, but definitely makes it more challenging and requiring an update
Interesting. I didn't know there had been an update :o The minions will certainly make it more difficult. I would probably just ignore the merc on a budget character. The bosses deal increased damage to mercs, so keeping it alive will probably end up costing quite a bit of gold in the end.
Man, i just need a powerful character to farm keys, more specific, nihlhatak. My smiter is at lvl 90. Smoke runeword is a good option for resistances? That mephisto tip was gold too, great vid.
Thank you. Smoke is okay, but I prefer Lionheart if you can afford the loss of resistances. Lionheart gives so many great stats while Smoke basically only offers resistances (FHR isn't really needed on a smiter, I feel).

Maybe not this cheap, but I was wondering if it was possible to do ubbers with all the other classes too, and I mean without crazy unique/set items or amazing high runes. I would love to see videos on the other classes too about the pandemonium event.
I have a video on my channel of doing them on an untwinked assassin. The gear on that video is not exactly budget, but you can get the idea how to do it from that. After the smiter, I think the cheapest character you can comfortably do them on is a frenzy barb. You can find guides for it on other youtube channel. Beardly, I think, has some really nice budget ubers guides on his channel.
You can do Dclone with this same gear. Having more open wounds and crushing blow would be helpful though. And you don't really need to worry about resistances other than fire against him.
It sure is a pain if it happens. You gotta drop safety TPs often and if you do happen to die, you have to try and kite the monsters away from your corpse using charge and/or vigor aura. You could also have a "corpse retrieval gear" specifically in stash so you can still clear your way to your body if you do happen to die... Which is not that big of an investment if you play on plugy with unlimited stash space.

i had some thought that they give you torch for character playing with not just random torch like what if you didnt have a sorc
Well, it's intended to be a battle.net feature, so the idea is that you would trade away the torches that you don't happen to need.
Now make a video on the cheapest character for farming keys
Look for Beardly357 on youtube. He has a video of some dirt cheap builds for farming keys and Nihlathak specifically.

How do you enter the game on hell like that?
There are keyboard shortcuts for the difficulties. You can press H to select Hell so you don't have to click. Was this what you meant?
