Malgré un ou deux trébuchements, John del Carlo campe magistralement et avec vis comica un Don Bartholo magnifique et flanqué d’une toujours belle et sympathique Rosine. Pas la meilleure des innombrables exécution de l’oeuvre majeure de Rossini, mais assez brillante de paillettes pour figurer en bonne place.
