Ive been looking for a Windows 10 tablet with active pen support and I had been battling it between the Acer Switch, Asus Transformer Mini, and the Surface Pro 4 at under $350 for the whole bundle. I thought that the Surface Pro 4 might’ve been the Best Buy at this stage, but seeing this review has changed my mind about which one I’m going to keep a special eye out for. Thanks!
what interests me is the price as long as its up to 500 im down . right now im typing on the Samsung chromebook plus wich i hope u make a review if u havent already. i think u will be surprised
Hey, are you going to do a review on the new sony xperia XA1? Because you´re reviews are pretty good, i would like to compare the XA1 to the p10 lite by my point of view to see which one would suit me the most.
I like your reviews a lot, very informative and pretty objective. I still hesitate between Acer Alpha 12 i7/8GB/512SSD and this Dell.Would you say, Dell with comparable specs to Acer is worth doubled budget? My only gripe about Acer is 256 point stylus. I am not an artist, only average Photoshop/Lightroom photographer.
Tomasz Piotr Sidewicz I had the exact Acer Switch with same specs and I loved it. Just sold it and regret it. I just picked this Dell up open box i7 16GB 512SSD with Keyboard, stylus and dock for under $800.00. I’ll let you know how it compares to the Acer.
East Coast Drones I just bought Acer Alpha, switching from Asus gaming 17 laptop, which I had started to find too big and heavy for my purposes, apart from speed and power. For my type of work, which is mainly business presentations, meetings and travel it seems to be perfect combination of power and mobility. For heavy loads I keep regular powerful desktop PC. I was aiming at Acer Switch 5, but from initial reviews I deducted the price difference and flimsy hinge is not worth it to pay for.
I've found I can't charge it with a USB cable run from a normal wall socket which is very disappointing. The laptop just reports it not the official charger and gives up.
@@kotch5 I had a ravpower 30W battery bank for mine which charged it after you accepted a notification that it was sub optimal. They do a 60W one now which would be more suitable. I think standard usb ports put out like 2.5W so no surprise that it doesn't like that but trickle charging overnight would have been nice. I ended up selling the tablet to my dad and getting a 10 inch android tablet which was much easier to charge and lasts longer (I only really watched movies on it anyway)
Is this successor to Latitude 12 7000 2-in1, or just a similar but bit different? The 12 7000 is a Core M, I know, and it seems to be a bit lighter as well. Love your vids BTW. Anytime I am researching a new device now, I just Google, "Product name Damir TH-cam", thanks!
Not sure anyone is buying these tablets anymore? The 2 in 1 hinged devices have moved the market away from these tablets with detachable keyboards. It was a fad that had some legs due to the continued demise of mobile Windows devices. Many consumers having used these and realise they are very compromised and over rated. I suppose the niche market that need pen support may still be tempted but there are better alternatives.
I bought one earlier this year and I'm very happy with it. I'm still discovering good features.

Is this for consumer also or only for businesses ?
Could you charge this with a battery bank (specifically a RAVPower 5.5A usb one)?
I'm pretty sure you'll need a PD capable power bank. One going up to 20V will most likely work.

Can you suggest me some competitor of this Dell? Thanks
Microsoft Surface Pro
Does the surface pro pen work with this thing?
Only 4 - 6 hours of battery life when 12 hours and 29 mins was advertised on Dell's site? Man...
This is a great laptop for students
I liked very much this review, looks more like a guy showing a product instead of how fancy you will look with this in starbucks
good review Sir Just need a head to head against the Samsung Galaxy Book to finally make up my mind
GET TO THE CHOPPA!!

Ohhhhhhhh, right, okay thanks! I always got confused by the product numbers, it seems clear now though 5x, 7x.
i would dualboot that thing with android or chromeos with play store wich now has made it on my radar of laptop goodness .
No Thunderbolt 3 :'(
Has it an IPS screen?
Yes it does have IPS screen
the hinge sucks.... it can't hold its own when wide angle.
it is the best surface clone for now anyway.
Is that module the core i5 version?
