    I had figured out the basics of staff manipulation years ago, but didn't progress overly far. Now almost a decade later these videos are opening up my interest once more. You just earned a subscriber.

    She is so much better at explaining these moves than others you find on TH-cam. She puts in all the little details that could derail you if missed

    *Watching you do it slowly*
    Me: "I can do that"
    *watching you jump to light speed*
    Me: *picks jaw up from the floor*

    so fortunate to have come across your training vids. i have purchased a light saber for my 46 year old step daughter and reccomended your tutorials as an add on. i see a very low impact yet high resulting aerobic program that she will enjoy doing and stay with. one that will achieve results in a minimum amount of time, ( after all, isn't that what todays fit concious woman is looking for? ). you are the "yoda" i have sent this young woman to see. thanx Darthtac.

    Literally my only critique is that you should demonstrate what it will look like at full speed before you start the demo. This is an amazing video, and I'm subscribed (just found you this morning), but that would make it easier to hook new people breezing by! In the first 60 seconds, they need to see the basic of the technique! Thanks a bunch!

    @MR-dv4ii 8 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Great video; so these drills are meant for dexterity, reflexes, and awareness with the bo correct? Not really for combat? I've recently started posting some go staff videos on my channel but I have no formal training.

    • @MR-dv4ii

      *bo staff; autocorrect strikes again.

    • @michelle-c-smith
      @michelle-c-smith  8 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes, they are meant to add style and texture to a bo practice. Definitely not useful in a real combative environment. But for those of use who don't fight for real, these skills are incredible at increasing neuromuscular functions.
