You have the BEST tutorials! Thank you so much for breaking it down so clearly. Fishtails are such an impressive move and I've wanted to do them for so long! I am getting super close now and these videos are helping So much!! Thank you. 🙏
I’m enjoying the tutorials. I’ve been training with bo staff for several months as preparation for 3rd degree belt test in TKD this December. Your videos are very helpful in understanding transitions as I prepare a routine. I’ll send a video when pulled together. I like the idea of using a shorter staff.
Thankyou so much mam ❤️ i stumbled upon a vid of u doing the bottle cap challenge n it got me pumped up to learn this skill n iv been researching on it, got my bo stick n im going to learn as much and il be the happiest if i cud be half as bad ass as you are 😍 ure an inspiration 🙏🏻
thank you for sharing. I much appreciate your tips as i do this for rehabilitative work..so I like how u break it down. my only constructive feedback would be to request that to you record louder audio. as i listen on my mobile device on headphones... if I'm in public the noise your voice gets drowned out :(

Do you ever use a 6 foot bo staff? Does it use the same tricks as the staff in this video? Or different moves?
Will u recommend us any workout for that
👍
Ugggh I hate this trick. It looks so unimpressive for how friggin hard it is. I'll keep working on it though. Thanks for the tutorial.
Generally the staff will be more longer than your using I guess ....? Any suggestions ....?
A staff can be any length. Depends on the purpose in which you use it. This one is 4ft.
