Is it necessary to speak in english when giving house tour? I have seen many Zricks video and many salespersons are not that confident to speak in english. Speak in Hindi guys, just put ur points. and for this video - 1) salesperson forgot what project he is showing. lol 2) enough approximately. do ur homework. he don't know the sizes. 3) what is wash wasin? 4) they just put good looking furniture, but behind they hide their poor quality work. and when u r showing sample flat to customer, atleast clean that house before giving them house tour
I agree with you. At price of just near about 1crore, washrooms seems not at all up to the mark, tiles used like in average budget hotels... Best part was study room.

Very bad house for value of almost 1CR, door quality of master bedroom bathroom is visibly bad
