Thank God they have given his and her vanity in master bath with such a spacious master bedroom.
Every one is asking for monthly maintenance charges. Its simple, in gurgaon its starts from 3rps per sq feet to 25rps per sq feet. So in my guess it will be in between 12k to 20k monthly.
The kitchen is very small as compared to the size of the apartment. Not worth buying.

Balconies cost less to build than a normal room. This is why these bastards put more and more balcony space. Never fall for the trap.
One side balcony was enough actually. This is one of the ways not to design your home.
