I assume they just downloaded Google Maps and satellite images? There was a tech-demo of VR Google Maps years ago that looked pretty identical to this, just without the moving cars.
Should be "End of the World Simulator"
What does it look like without photogrammetry, might be better with procedurally placed generic buildings/flora?
