I came home tonight after work. Needed something quick in the grill. That's why I look for your show. My wife doesn't know. I'm a hero because of you. Thanks bro
@@TheCrazyPop We had to order our Blackstone yesterday from Lowe’s, they sold out. We bought all the accessories though including the sauces. Can’t wait to make a breakfast sandwich like the ones you do! Love you videos!
Great Video, Thanks for sharing, I wasn’t hungry when I started watching but by the end my stomach was rumbling real bad, this meal looked awesome 🤤😋 Thanks for sharing it with us, Hope you are keeping safe & well & having a nice weekend 👍🤩🇬🇧
We are just subscribing after watching your video about the green beans! We are trying to learn how to cook on our Blackstone! Thank you for showing us how & for all your tips🤠
Sure, are you taking about the first seasoning like when it is first bought? If so, I do have a video on that here th-cam.com/video/2iTcqe7H2NQ/w-d-xo.html or if you are taking about in between cooks, I can make a video of that!
OK, you won, going to make this for Saturday night. Again, love the taters under the dome, really softens them for good eating. Your crust looks perfect, hope I can do as well or close.
Yeah, we are fixing to put down a floor/deck. That should help A LOT as it is on the ground now. Thank You, it really means a lot to us to hear you enjoy our stuff, thank you so much!!!
It really is a personal choice. I use Canola most of the time and sometimes I use Olive Oil when I want the flavor from it. I personally wouldn't spend a lot of money on oils to cook with. Not really trying to give a vague answer, but it really is a matter of just what you like and are willing to spend.

glad to find your channel, I am on my 3rd, You say throw down a little oil- What oil do you use ?
99% of the time I use Canola. Rarely I use Olive oil, but Canola seems to always work best for me.

I don’t have have a black stone grill, can I just use a giant size cast iron pan ? Coz that’s all I have right now! Thank You 😊
Yes, that will work too!!
Just a suggestion, you should level your grill to keep the oil from running to the drain as fast as it was.
Yep, I now have it on concrete and level. No more running oil...lol.
OK, you won, going to make this for Saturday night. Again, love the taters under the dome, really softens them for good eating. Your crust looks perfect, hope I can do as well or close.

What's the exact name of that chicken seasoning?
Chicken and Herb. It is some really good stuff!!
You do some really down to earth cooking! No hype just great food from a great host! I'm new to your channel and enjoying the show!
Chicken and herb
Looks good. But when your stirring the potatoes you have camera showing a black grill. May want to work on that.
Thanks, but where in the video is that, I can't find it.
Next time use cornstarch instead of flour nice and crispy crust.
Try season bread crumbs
Great idea, gonna have to try it!!
Only thing that could make it any better would be layering it. Half taters then cheese...repeat. Gonna be trying this soon.
OH that sounds good!!!
Cook some potatoes with garlic and herb season with two tablespoons of oil man oh man
Yeah, that sounds GOOD!!!
Dude you need to balance that griddle!
It is now...lol. this is an older video. Watch my latest and it is perfect now!
My cubed steak is beef not pork.
Here in Michigan I've never seen cubed steak with pork... Lol
Maybe a southern thing, but you can take boneless pork chops and cubed them.
@@TheCrazyPop good to know. I've just never seen it in the store. Only beef cubed steak. I'm sure an actual butcher has it or will do it at least.
Thanks for the info!!
Was it just me or was anyone else expecting the meat to be cut up and "cubed"?
Just you I guess. Cubed steak not "cubed", it is run through a tenderizer ( cuber) at least twice then sold in stores and called "steak steak"
