A very (belated) Happy Birthday to one of my dearest friends (❁´▽`❁)*✲ﾟ* She asked for a more emotional cover of this song so I really hope I was able to deliver!
This is also the first time I made my own instrumental! Using Zeila's arrangement, I was able to get the piano going, and then I just added in some strings to give it an extra push towards "emotional" LOL. But it was lots of fun and I'm very proud of the result.
It's also the first time I've sung in a few weeks, so I'm rusty, sorry ヾ(´▽｀;)ゝ
Hopefully, I'll be able to warm up for some upcoming songs.

I’m just gonna go out and say it: this is already my favorite rendition of this song, including the originals. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the instrumentals the original used,though I didn’t necessarily dislike it, but I think this tone is exactly what this song needed to really earn a place in my heart. Thank you.
I'm so honored you like this version - my friend felt the exact way you did, hence why I created this one but I don't dislike the original either! It's actually quite amazing how versatile this song is depending on how its sung.

My issue with the song is the electro pop vibe they choose for the song especially that its a sad emotion or song about Edelgard's vision of Three Houses i have a neutral feeling on it i just wish they choose something else for how to play it something a little sadder.
Why am I just now discovering this?! This is the rendition of Edge of Dawn I've been looking for!

I first played 3H just a couple of months ago, and I've taken a break from it to let it get nestled into my memory better. That time has really helped me reflect on the themes of the game, and the moral grayness of some of it. This song of course highlights a lot of those themes, and as much as I love it, the version ingame is a bit loud with the electronic instrumentals and drums. The lyrics always seemed like they belonged in a more mellow, softer arrangement.
So uh, in short, this is beautiful, and I really love it. Amazing job.
