Not the NCCA Men's because she is not a man, only the women's records. Again, in the WNBA ..yeah remarkable to get 1,000 points for the season. More games played now than 10 years ago, so took longer to break 1,000 and 10 years ago if they played 40 games then someone else would have had 1,000 points already and not A'ja. No, there is a large gulf between the NCAA D1 (especially the top 5 conferences - Big Ten, SEC, ACC, Big 12, and Big East) vs D2, D3, and NAIA. The vast majority of US-born WNBA players played college basketball in one (or more) of those 5 conferences.
Charli Collier was the only real bust, but then, so was that entire draft, really. Everyone else was at least a solid performer over a career, and most of them were the team-changing players they were expected to be.
