Whoever picks up this van will also be inheriting some amazing memories and smiles it’s given to the car community. I hope it goes to a good home and gets the love and recognition it deserves!
Thank you Albert! It’s a shame, if I had a load of off road parking I’d have kept it! But I feel I should only have one vehicle annoying people on my street at a time 😅
Neighbours can be territorial so and so's sometimes. At my last house I always kept all of our cars on the driveway religiously until one night we had a family member stay over and it coincided with me bringing home the company van. Put the van on the road for one night (parked very sensibly away from people's driveways) and there's a message up on the village Facebook asking whoever owns this van to move it or it'll be damaged. Apparently my neighbour thinks they own the road.
If I bought it I would completely gut it, fix the rust and the welded shut sliding door and then reconvert it into a camper and go on adventures in it.
Actually a dad of 10 plus 3 step children but they are grown up now so only 8 at home from 1 up to 16 my wife has the Skoda kodiaq but says I need a bigger 7 seater as well lol
I don’t think the Vitos got DPF until late 2000s. The injector seals and turbos haven’t been done in my 8 years ownership no. I’ll check the previous paperwork I have
Watch my most viewed video, the Suzuki Lapin review, you’ll understand the channel more then. The reason I replaced this Vito with the AvanTime is because I have children now. But ultimately for those who dont have children this channel won’t make a lot of sense I agree.
Ben, you've found a great niche with DadCars. It may not appeal to everyone. But, your comments show a strong community of car-loving dads, like me, who connect with your content. This dedicated audience can be incredibly valuable, even if it's not the largest. Have you looked at new ways to offer your most loyal fans added value? Investing your time in a smaller, passionate audience can be more rewarding than chasing a broader appeal. Keep up the great work!
@@kwikcilva just mean with the quality of the content he could get a lot more views on a wider niche. He's a smart guy so will understand what i mean. Doesn't have to go full schmee mode lol

@@jamesonslow makes you wander what sort of upbringing these people missed out on, because even at nursery toddlers are taught to share!
@@A2KLAU That is very true. Good of Ben to show he's one of the considerate ones. 🙂
Hi Ben. Hope your doing good.
That can is priceless because of all the good family memories in it.

Glad you enjoyed it :)
Of course I watched this Vito episode. 🙂 My son and I met you and signed it at ShedFest.
Already up to £1200. Nice one. 👍
Awesome!! 🙌😊
@@dadcars A very handy two grand coming your way for the Vito from whoever bought it. Nice job. 👍

I think the sliding door could be saved, it probably just needs the latch replacing
What a beast Ben, worth thousands 😂, Marcus
Straight PX with a Ferrari FF? 🤔
Now let me think, shall I do a straight swap on the R8 with you 😂
@@MarcusRussell-g7mdeal!
I’m a dad of 8 and drive an jag xf my wife says I need a sensible family car maybe a rusty vito is the one
She's lying, you need a Caterham
Dad of 8?! 🤯, you should consider a minibus Vito for sure! Would make a lot of sense 🙌

What is the road tax and is it registered as a camper or a van?
Your neighbour snapped off your wing mirror? That's Pompey for you. 🤣
I don't have much use for a van so I can't justify putting a bid in but good luck with the sale
Thanks man! Are you coming to Knebworth next weekend?
@@dadcars I'll try but I work weekends unfortunately
🎉

So long Rustvito!
p.s please get some longer shorts!
Looking forward to the Range Rover footage - how did your wife like the soon to break rover???
Hi Ben, few q's.
Has it had injector seals?
Does it have a DPF?
Has it had the turbo replaced?

Get it in the crusher - this is junk
I think it is worth £1000 if I’m being generous if not I would say £950
you should rename this channel your name with something cars the dad angle just isn't working. it's good content. mike
