- Judge Mablean Ephriam, who presided over "Divorce Court" from 1999-2006 as the first star of the revived version of the show, returns to the courtroom genre with his half-hour series that deals with life and the law. The former Los Angeles-based prosecutor takes on the typical cases that are found on TV court shows. The arbitrator says that her show "will be life because everything we do, it involves the law."
Love this show.
Brother should have just paid for the whole upgrade. Not just because he makes more, but because he didn't deny that his sister is basically her live-in nanny and provides daily support to the mom. The major financial burden should have been on him if he can't be there as much.

In the first case, it was only a matter of time before the plaintiff would have been "persuaded" to sleep with the defendant. He's a con artist using religion to pimp his followers.

In the first case about the supposed “cult” as the plaintive claims I think it is a “cult” if the plaintive Had to cut ties with family/friends that describes a “ cult “ exactly. Plus having to pay money to join. Most true religions don’t Require giving money.

In the second case, the brother is a piece of trash. The sister is literally a full-time live-in caregiver and housekeeper. Live-in caregivers/housekeepers are normally paid between $5k to $10k per month. The sister should sue his trifling butt for 1/2 of her services.

How many outgoings does she get out of by living in a house owned by her mother and maintained by her brother?
She reckons she does everything for her mother but her only examples are driving a car? Nah she owes her share of the contact she agreed to. His income is irrelevant and I don't doubt he is sick of her self entitled nonsense which she proudly displayed at the end of the case.
@@simonc2532 he stated HE wanted the best for his mother. HE chose the best so HE should be made to pay. The only reason he got anything is because she agreed to pay. Thankfully she didn't have to pay half on what HE chose.
@@elenp6328 she didn't feel compelled to pay anything. That's the first sign of her self entitlement. She is well used to being carried through life and let off her commitments.
She doesn't live with the mother because she is needed 24/7. She lives there because it's a free ride for her and she gets away with the carer nonsense.
I bet her tune changes when her mother isn't around to carry the sponging thing anymore and her brothers money is suddenly very important to her
The sister expected the brother to shell out all the money while she did all the grunt work ing thats the only part she had to play in taking care of their mother if the mom had SSI that would have been a big help.
