The defendant said she will give the money, but said to the plaintiff "You're fired" What? You can't do that, shame shame on you, fired over an injury that wasn't her fault? Luckily that said after & not during because other wise the judge would have order her to pay punitive damages for wrongful termination & further would have order the defendant to give back the job immediately
That happened to me, I was waiting on a car to leave and another car coming from the opposite direction pulled into the parking spot. It's not that serious, I just found another spot closer to the grocery store
He could have done it. He just could be comfortable telling a lie. Plenty of people tell lies without feeling nervous. The circumstances indicate he could have done it.
