🙏, I'm 83, no ailments, excepting body ache when getting up after sleep in the morning. I exercise for about 39-40 minutes, a combination of deep breathing & gymnastics at home. Due to body ache I've stopped gym'stics, temporarily, to guage difference if any. I'm happily impressed by ur demos, & am sure to pvercome

Wonderful yoga exercises. The way Swamiji has given instructions and understanding as to how each of the exercises help us is awesome.I am 83 yr old. I do some of these yogas everyday and they are very helpful. NowI am going to do in this order, the way how Swamiji has instructed. Thank you so much Swamiji.
