we have those in Kuwait , and FAC version they like quality pellets such as JSB and H&N , for 5.5 my brother use baracuda 15 and he never miss a shot from 30m up to 100m
I have had this rifle for about two months now and I’m not sure what the problem is with yours but mine is spot on. I have a pellet in a pellet shot to prove it. Even the cheap scope doesn’t merit replacing because I can’t find a fault with it for the low grade target shooting that I do. Haven’t missed a single chipmunk yet either. Most of my shooting is in the 25-35 yard range. At 35 yards I use a water bottle cap for a target. Maybe yours was built on a Friday when nobody wanted to be there or Monday when they were hungover?
I think it might have been a friday afternooner, just removed the silencer baffles and it's pretty poorly finished inside with some bits of plastic sticking out over the holes.
The speed isnt in the transonic area so id hazard a guess at the pellets, not a fan of pointed pellets and probably need a few hundred shots to bed things in. Is it the magazines not loading smoothly 🤷♂️. All part of the game isnt it. Ive just ordered a beeman underlever bullpup because it looks great and is different but you've reminded me of the pains im going to have to get it as i want it 😕. Love your honest reviews, keep em coming 👍
I've had a few people saying the pellets are to blame, since ordered some more (hopefully better). I have also changed the transfer port for a smaller one, which to my amazement is now putting out even more power (33joules/24.3ft lbs), but it stays around that power for a lot longer. More testing required when the pellets arrive.
Hi dude,am thinking my stoager xm1 4,5 mm is a worst than yours,on 30 meters pellets going 10 cm all around the target,am thinking it's a regulator is too high, the best is to be on 120 bars max velocity.from the factory is 140 bars,j have a 18 shots from 200 to 100 bars maximum.
I've just fitted a new smaller transfer port, now it is making even more power, but it does seem more consistent than before. It has been suggested to me that pellet choice plays a big part in these rifles. I have seen some videos on youtube showing the gun being quite accurate, whether they are editing it to look better than it really is. More testing to be done.
Hi dude,am planning to open up my stoager to see how much is a regulator velocity, from the factory is 140 bars, for a long range is good but for 20-30 meters is bad,j have a 20-22 shots from 200 -100 bars, must be a good pellets try jsb exact on my is the best, must be more testing any way,am planning to put regulator on 110 bar, that is a 250 m/s about
This video was before I got the power tuned down, and I have since started the journey of finding which pellet this rifle prefers. The accurate shots were when I washed, weighed and sorted the pellets.
@@MaddogairgunsTry QYS pellets. They're what the Chinese Olympics team use. They're basically washed and weighed straight out the tin from what I hear and Chinese barrels tend to like em
Love your content but if trying for accuracy use quality pellets?!? I’m in Canada and Crosman pellets are cheap and you can get them everywhere BUT they are horrible for accuracy. Please give the rifle another chance with some JSBs
Its such a thin line between hammer weight spring force, air way diameters and transfer ports etc, even the available plenum volume all play a part. You think your throttling back something and it actuality fits with everything else and you get more power 🤷♂️. The science is baffling sometimes 😂@@Maddogairguns
Yeah try jsb or h&n pellets most airguns like jsb’s. Also with this stoeger and the tiny 100cc airtube dont expect more than 12-15 good shots before it falls off the regulator.
Again, too much power it not necessary a good thing. Going to try to tame the power to get it more accurate.
I like how you show the good with the bad. It’s how we learn. First thing to do is stay away from all things Crossman. Especially pellets or co2.
Got to be honest in the videos. Have just ordered some match pellets, and I have also changed the transfer port for a smaller one.

That is true my dude

Why is it in some other videos this rifle is accurate and on this video the shots are all over place?

Oh okay thanks bro. Did you post the video of the results? Thanks again.🙏

And if you are over powered maybe the pellets are destabilizing due to exceeding a pellets ballistic design. Over 890 fps pellets, all pellets suck
Have just ordered some better pellets, will see what happens.

Sounds like the regulator is set to high.
It was, I've turned it down a bit and tamed the power.
Try qys pellets. Chinese ammo for Chinese rifle. This looks very P15/35 ish.
