So do I understand correctly that for cruisy winging if you want a bit more low end / easier take off you should go for the 140, and if you only ride properly powered up at full speed wanting full control while pushing hard you should get the 141w? But that, when ridden in their sweet spot range, both turn equally well and with nice backfoot pressure?

I (100kgs) got a sk8 750 with 141W tail for kitefoiling & winging, but when kitefoiling I feel I just cant get enough front foot pressure and the front foot pressure drops a little as speed increases going down a wave or looping the kite. Do you think sizing up to a 161W would give me that little more front foot power i am looking for?
The 161 would definitely drive the front harder. Have you tried sliding the mast forwards in the track to gain front foot? I have found myself setting it further forwards when on the w tails
@@poseidonwatersportsuk yeah the mast is all the way forward in the track already (well, 1cm from the front). I tried the 161w and it made a world of difference in terms of control for me. I guess its not strange given I'm 30kgs heavier than the average F-One teamrider and therefore the 141 is just not powerful enough combined with the 750.
