- 철인3종 대회 준비로 근력운동에 소홀했던 지난 시간.
요즘 다시 꾸준히 근력운동을 하면서 근력을 되찾아가고 있어요!
예전에 웜업이었던 중량들이 지금은 1RM 수준이지만, 꾸준히 하면 예전보다 더 좋아질거라 믿어요:)

During my time focusing on triathlon training, I put strength training on the back burner.
But now, I’m steadily working to regain my muscle strength!
The weights that used to be my warm-up now feel like my 1RM, but I believe that with consistency, I’ll come back even stronger than before. :)
