I did it with a 6-inch flathead screw driver and an 8-inch crowbar, and it came right off because it's about technique, not strength. Used the built-in metal rod as leverage to spin around and peel it on and off like this video. 🤷🏻‍♂️

In Russia, too, they can’t change the tires on a scooter; they can’t put on tires; I’ve been to all the tire shops and everyone says we can’t put on a tire even though the wheel is from a scooter.
