I'm glad you enjoyed! I actually ended up using packing cubes in my bag. It helped organize everything and made it so nothing was really loose. Hi Claudia! My pack weighed 12.8 pounds, about 5.8 kg, not including water or snacks. I also purchased hiking poles once I was in Spain. I never weighed my pack with water and food, only without it. I hope that helps! Buen Camino
