I love bayle. Definitely best fromsoft dragon.
It's quite literally taking some inspiration from Fatalis (or at least inspired by the same thing) where its heart, even after being devoured in dragon communion ritual, still carry some of its deviance and might eventually gain control of the body.
Fatalis also has that kind of legend, where an armor made of its body part will eventually turn the wearer crazy as it take over and eventually regenerate back into a living Fatalis.
Fs didn’t take inspiration from Fatalis, both Capcom and FS just took inspiration from the same thing.
This was the best boss in the DLC for me. So cool
That symphony in the background is epic.
Senessax is just hard. There is the island in the middle and raised ground around the edge of the arena. Most of the time you wont take aoe lightning damage if you stand on these and his lightning hits the ground with the water, which is just low enough in places to not let the aoe get you. Other than that he is lansseax or the other three from farum azula but stronger.
@@ormrinn
I was thinking that too until the rock I was standing on conducted the electricity and my foolish ambitions were put to rest.
dude, get rid of radagons seal, you arent level 50 anymore
The dragon great katana ash of war is made for hunting dragons, its just not great unless you spec into it. It isnt a terribly long animation and its a jump, youre off the ground for ground aoes, and a projectile and sword swing combo so if you hit the head with the whole thing its devastating. But admittedly that is like a once or twice a fight thing you cant spam it.
Fatalis is strong, but he's also the most overrated Dragon in video games. People will blindly choose Fatalis in any matchup you put him in, just because he's Fatalis.
Im stuck on this one. Hes crazy
Whos talking
Only the best NPC in the game
Great video as always. But Fatalis would eat Bayle for lunch.
I'm so upset that i killed Igon the first time i saw him lol. I missed so much of this DLCs story 🤣
Why you did my man Igon like that? 😭
@FrnzFrdnnd lol look. My man was there crying in agony like oh no I can't deal with this so my mind said... I wonder if I deliver him from his pain..... will it lead somewhere. Nope lol. Lesson learned
@@FrnzFrdnnd To be fair, he does beg for mercy in one of his ptsd episodes.
@@scubasteve5326 did the same shit lol
@Frvnklin 🤣🤣🤣🤣 when I saw his bayle dialogue later I was mad lol.
A monster hunter character is way stronger than an Elden ring character. Hunters don’t receive fall damage and hunters can walk on lava. A tarnished couldn’t live if he tried to do what a hunter can 😂😂😂. The hunter also uses heavy weapons like it’s light. The tarnished uses weapons with a stiff movement not as fluid as a hunter.
Facts but they have an edge being able to buff themselves besides a hunters skills and food buffs there's no buffs outside rises spiribirds and the hunting horn it's been a while since I played don't remember all buffs possible
@@ericaguayo764Even with the buffs, the tarnished still take fall damage, hunters can jump from 10 miles in the air and their knee don’t even crack lol. Plus, even with those buffs they still struggle swinging 11lb swords. Keeping all that in mind tarnished would probably have trouble fighting low level high rank monsters without certain really powerful incantations and spells
Is the monster hunter capable of killing a god?
@@monstar8395 Elden Ring gods, yes lol. Not only that but they can beat FromSoft’s most dangerous enemy, gravity.
It's inconsistent, really.
Hunters, other than Kamura vilage hunters with their wirebugs, only survive long fall because the game rule allow it.
Tarnished can also survive a very long fall when the game allows it.
Under that stipulation, if both enter each other world, they'd have similar benefit applied to them, which will null the benefit for the hunter being able to survive long fall, as by logic, the tarnished will also have the same immunity applied to them if they enter monster hunter universe. And vice versa, hunters will also be susceptible to fall damage if they're in Lands Between since everything else in Elden Ring universe is susceptible to it because that immunity to fall damage is part of the universe they live in.
Hunters carry huge weapon with relative ease is also rather inconsistent, as they, barring hunters from Frontier series, cannot run with weapon drawn if they're wielding huge weapon.
Tarnished can run with their weapons drawn, even when they're wielding 2 collosal weapons.
Their attack speed in wielding the huge weapon are actually similar. I'd argue that Tarnished has a slight edge here since Ash of War can alter the way they wield their weapons.
Who said Tarnisher cannot walk on lava? Have you seen what surround Rykard?
In that regard, hunters also still take damage while walking on lava unless their armor give immunity to it.
In fact, hunters are affected by surrounding temperature, while the Tarnished seemingly alright when travelling to places with cold weather or very hot temperature. But this can be chalked up to the world rule as well.
Hunters don't die when their hp reach 0 is also the case of the gameplay rule. Canonically, hunters can die from monster attack, it's just that our hunter canonically is so good that they rarely get hurt during the hunt.
Tarnished dies when their hp reach 0, but they do canonically revives when they die.
As far as I know, the only actual edge that the Hunters have over the Tarnished, is that the Tarnished cannot swim. However, this only applies to hunters from 3 and its derivatives.
Call me biased, I still think dark eater midir is best dragon
Now i havent finished the vid, but even if fatalis is stronger (i hope so). Nothing can top the “CURSE YOU BAYLE!” speech
Gameplay and lore wise fatalis is far stronger.
Proof of a hero
@@LeandroVas i stand corrected
Aye don’t disrespect Fatalis like that lol
I mean, maybe if he had his other leg. Beast fight
@@DearGamerTV You gotta remember he can be beat by a tarnished that has trouble throwing around a 20lb weapon colossal sword. And in Monster Hunter Fatalis gets beat by hunters that can literally jump from a mile in the air and take 0 fall damage and some of the dual blades probably weigh like 30lbs each lol
Fatalis is overrated, I really don’t think he’d last long in the ER universe
@@indeedgaminghere401 ER colossals are certainly not 20lbs, lol. That's just the in-game unit of measure. Some of the weapons are literally giant slabs of stone shaped into weapons, such as the Ruins GS or Giant Crusher. Those suckers easily weight over a ton.
Fall damage is a gameplay feature, lol.
Bayle is a dreadwyrm not a true dragon Fatalis is an elder dragon and a deity I think fatalis would be immune to almost everything Bayle threw at him from his dragon armor then Fatty finally get pissed and reduce him to ashes. Lol 😆 Bayle is sick though 🔥 🔥 🔥 💀 💀 💀
Imagine if this mofo had both legs
Exactly!
Read the title and came to say this:
No.
Gotcha
What happened to your monster hunter skills of hitting the head bro I am really disappointed
Tbh, spamming jump attack is boring to watch.
@@sakuranohana1014I am surprised he doesn’t do the 2-handed great katana, it’s moveset is way cooler than dual wielding
@@IsaacG97 true.
@@IsaacG97 especially since the basic combo really looks like the LS bread and butter combo lol
You are cheating lock on the dragon head . And him hit with dragon sword 😑
