Some absolutely incredible work on this truck. OJD is a beautiful looking piece of work but you can't see a lot of the spectacular engineering and fabrication that took place. Not to mention all the teaching you did as well. Truly a phenomenal project. Look forward to see the same kind of thing being done on old Patches coming up. Be safe and stay well.

your Truck is a 78 that is so awesome. My Chevy Van G20 is also a 1978. Got to keep them old Chevys on the road. You do such amazing work with your builds.

I respect this dude a lot took a lot of time and money to make this thing nice again it's all about what you put your mind to my dad passed away 4 years ago this Sept and he passed me down a 83 C10 and this video was very powerful and gots me excited to start moving on this thing I love these trucks God bless everyone and Happy Father's Day
Thanks for sharing this great project. I love any C10 from 1968-1987 and this project hits the spot. The bare bones approach is awesome. The frame straightening approach you showed is great and the end result is a fun truck.
Glad you enjoyed it! It was a fun build for a guy that wants a cool truck. Building one to sell is a loosing situation though. Just sayin!

I’m rebuilding my 84 gmc short bed been having it for some time now.,I’m just now getting around to it since I’ve recently quit my 9-5 at a fast food restaurant anyway I’ve always loved these kind of trucks but my old man never been a wrench type of guy and always had issues with him anyways I barrowed some of his tools today 🛠️ he had around and decided to take them from me out of spite he’s around 53 I’m 28 him never bieng around as father really messes with a person mind as it is ..anywho we had a awful argument and I couldn’t help myself but to literally cry about everything that happened ..we all have dreams and him doing that really hurt me ..I don’t know much about mechanics or anything so I end up looking for awesome people like this man teaching and showing his knowledge and skills for anyone who cares to learn and listen…I know it’s kinda personal sharing my issue I had today …maybe I’m not the only one who has these kind of awful things happen..anyways thank you for being you I think anyone would be blessed to have you as a grandparent/father/uncle or a friend ❤from the bottom of my heart I appreciate you
