  • In this video, I show you how to advance your dog's training by adding distance to basic commands. In this video I am working with a Weimaraner puppy. I start off adding distance to the command by tethering the dog at first. Then I progress to giving the dog the command as I move away from the dog.

Thank you . Now we must go out and train this . The sun is shining in cold Sweden today. My rottweiler male had birthday yesterday. He is now 1 years old. A lot of drive in him but we trained and trained.
A question to you. He has a very big garden and when i am inside ge always dig and come in very dirty. Do you have any tips for digging exept that I always be outside with him? Forgive me if my english not are correct. Blessings from Sweden 🤗💛💙

Agneta Lindström if he’s digging in just a few spots, bury is poop there and he will stop going to those spots.

Training in a quite place is different then ones with lots of distractions; start small. Start in the backyard and once they have it there, move to the front on leash. The more stimuli you can introduce without the dog losing focus, the better.
