- I had an amazing experience with Royal Brunei Airlines, in their lounge, and on board their Airbus A320neo aircraft from Brunei to Manila.

I;ve been to Brunei on many times for business trips, RB Airlines is amazing !

Their A320 Neo looks pretty nice. My first impression of the plane is the IFE because for me, having IFE on a narrowbody is excellent. The moodlighting was gorgeous

Oh wow. Du warst in Brunei? Was hast du da gemacht? Ich war 4 Mal zum Arbeiten dort. Einmal 5 Monate am Stück. Royal Brunei ist für mich eine der besten Airlines in der Business Class. Beim letzten mal gab es auf den kurzen Flügen von Singapur und nach KL sogar ein Amenity Kit. Oft hat man auch die Business Class für sich alleine. Das ist natürlich Luxus, wenn sich zwei Flugbegleiter um einen Kümmern.
Ich kann aber sagen, dass die Lounge auch voller sein kann. Besonders wenn die 787 zeitnah abfliegen.
Ich erinnere mich gerne an den Welcome Drink, den fand ich sehr gut. Leider war der letztes mal 2022 nicht mehr vorhanden.
War nur zweimal dort, und jeweils nur kurz, einmal mit dem Schiff aus Singapur, und das letzte Mal ein Stopover (24h) zwischen BKI und MNL. Royal Brunei Business Class fand ich genial, wie auch der Service an Bord und in der Lounge. Schade, dass wegem Welcome Drink, hätt ich nicht gedacht :-/
Es gibt schon noch einen Welcome Drink, aber halt nun etwas anderes. Ja, Brunei hat ja auch nicht so wahnsinnig viel zu beieten, so dass es sich lohnen würde da Urlaub zu machen. Allerdings gibt es einen noch intakten Regenwald und man kann viele Tiere sehen.

On the contrary business on the RBA A320 neo is terrible. You are much better off buying two economy seats it's cheaper you have more room and RBA service is very good in economy. The seats in business do not have the room or foot rest/flat bed seat option of the B787. The table which is in the arm rest does not have the ability to slide forward on the A320 so if you are not a slim person the table is useless because you can not fit behind it. On the 787 the table is also in the arm rest but it slides forward to provide plenty of space it also rotates which allows you to get up and walk around the table without folding it away. Overall I love RBA but business class on the A320 is not good enough. You get much better value for money by buying two economy seats.
I‘d love to try out their B787.

Danke für das Video. Die Businessklasse sieht nicht ganz so toll aus. Ich suche nach Flüge im Oktober von BSL/ZRH nach Asien. Jedoch wird es wohl eher ab CDG oder anderem Flughafen starten.
