Amazing video and I agree with him as I am also a 3rd generation born in India with Chinese origin. I love this country as it has nurtured us and given us everything to me and my family , sometimes there are few ignorant people who pass racial comments but we don't mind as we know who we are. People always ask if we would like to go back to China, my question to them is why should I go there. This is my country my family and friends are here I don't know anyone there. Finally hat's off to 101 for making such beautiful videos.
sry to hear that mate.. the globalisation is just catching up in india..youth will be more aware..we love you..u have as much right as me on this land..
kim yung hey brother sry to hear that about the comments . just ignore them . for me my India is brotherhood of every one who believe in India .and who love India .
kim yung it's your own country brother, sorry for the racial discrimination, but bro not all fellow are bad, some are but most are not,bro its your india and all this diversity makes india culturally rich, you are indian,we all indians are equal
you can come here anytime and enjoy ,We welcome everyone rich poor people of all types and we have strong ties from china culturally Because gautama the "Buddha" was from india now some one will say he was from nepal so at that time india and nepal was one
As an Chinese-Indian whose parents were a victim of the 62 war, this was a great little story. I know a lot of people exactly like this in the country and am glad that someone went out of their way to tell one of their stories. Great work, and this is coming from someone who has very little praise for content coming out of this country. You guys have truly risen above the mediocrity that India forces upon its citizens. Can't say this enough, but this is what renegade journalism should be like.
Good to know your story... One of the reasons why the content coming out of India is poor is because of Bollywood... Bollywood has the power to portray realistic movies due to its mass appeal but they only do masala flicks..
+ WillsNavyCut Sorry, I do not agree with "content that ... India forces upon its citizens". Despite its faults, India is an open country; no one is forced to accept another's opinion. And it is not exactly as if the Indian govt is denying its citizens from using social media, such as this one.
In all the mess we see on TH-cam everyday....every minute....all hopeless videos which are now trending....I found this beautiful video like a lotus in mud.... beautiful documentary....keep it up
we should be ashamed of what we did to these people who were practically Indians in the sino-indian war. And yet he said I can't blame Indian people, #Respect to this guy.
This is a feel good propaganda video. Chinese community all over India were rounded up and sent to prison camp for years, their property all confiscated. They are innocent Indian citizens. th-cam.com/video/AzD_BF2-BVQ/w-d-xo.html
Angel Eyes lol brahman talking about invasion. India a peaceful country? Why a Chinese said so? On a channel run by brahman baniyas? Where tribal people are killed just for protesting land grabbing. Lol dumb fuck
What a heartwarming story. I have lived in California for the last 45 years. I went to boarding school in Darjeeling. We had several Indian-Chinese students. To us, we were all Indians regardless of race or religion. My classmate, who we affectionately called Chota Mao, was one of the fastest sprinters in India. Unfortunately, most of them have migrated to Australia, Canada, and Europe.
The answers to manoj y: I did visit India some twenty years ago with my father. It has become a difficult place to live if you are poor. I may visit again as I have relatives living in Varanasi, Siliguri, and Jabalpur.
No doubt there are many problems in India..poverty, casteism, social inequality, and crime to name a few ...we criticise our country, but we still love it from the bottom of our heart....
it take me too long,to reach your channel.the best content about indians communities is here. feeling so blessed after seeing these videos that i belong to this awsome country where there live alots of people, who know the value of this country
That's our country .. unity in diversity... We may look different, may have different religion, language, faith, practices, rituals but still we are one nation. Jai Hind🇮🇳
Thank you for this bit of trivia. My great grandfather was a Chinese he married an Indian and although the entire family is Indian with a Chinese origin I have seen how they have always been treated with respect and love. My grandfather is no more and I really wish I had asked him more about his background .
I was searching for Chinese Hindu videos and I found this video. I am Singaporean Chinese, I pray to Hindu gods. Honestly speaking, I didn't know there are Chinese people living in India until I watch this video. I don't speak Tamil, I had been to India's Kerala for Pilgrim 9 years ago. I wish one day I will visit Mumbai and the Chinese people. Thanks for sharing.
Fascinating! I love how he could share a bit of his wisdom with us. I hope we can become more inclusive as a community where people are not judged for what they look like and we don't directly associate them to someone else's wrong doings.
the comments show how amazing chinese people are. grateful for what they have. unlike most of the "indian" indians i know. i have always loved chinese culture and now i love it even more. thank you for the wonderful video 101 india. the world needs more of your documentaries!
