From what I see in the video it seems that you didn’t change to the Steelseries Alias as the default device that is why you didn’t get any change when you selected trough the presets or adjusting the sliders in GG software. When talking into the mic you should see in the Mixer Tab in GG the volume slider for the Mic moving up and down as you speak. Great video my Man and keep this up, because of you I bought my AIM Controller and I love it.

What could also cause this is if the Microphone Input in the Windows settings isn’t set to default as Steelseries Microphone Digital Input
