Just wait, this year I will add a new 800 watt shop wind turbine with their help, with 8 foot blades, and I am going to start doing full reviews on Prepper and survival foods ( them as tasters hahaha ) this winter, We have hundreds of #10 cans and materials but I found best of 9 manufacturers to be Augason Farms, bit.ly/2Qs0vGO , almost straight to the plate edible LOL! I've spent two days demoing my 39 ft park model my when my brother passed.. it looks like a traffic accident now and will take a week to clean up ..me myself and i.. are determined to save the frame .. it's a really nice frame the ibeams stand over a foot tall.. shell handle over 10 thousand pounds .. so that's the trick.. keeping what ever I build on her under 10k .. and at nearly 40 ft long that's gonna be tough.. imagona just start with a sturdy deck so I might be able to load a car or small tractor on her.. cant wait to.dig a little deeper and see what you all are gonna do with yours..
I can give you a best method of framing, use 1.5 x1.5 angle, run it across the frame going over the width to 8 foot, attach 2x3 x8 flat to that on angles side as floor joist, attach 5/8 plywood to that as deck. Ru on 24" centers the whole length. This method is light but insanely strong. You get the bonus of improved out riggers and super strong wall shear strength.
I've always had the idea of using trailer frames for constructing a metal framed workshop. A little drilling, welding, & cutting, it would be sturdy enough to last a long time!

We had a immediate offer on it to build my near exact plan of a double bungalow on it. They were better financed than I was to build it then.

building it with commercial grade metal studs, 22 gauge. They wanted a shop on wheels with 3500 watts solar on it, so I took their challenge and found this frame.

I think the 1997 was the 330 horse 460 cid engine, so far so good I have pulled 15,000 with it without any issue so far.
What kind of truck did you pull it with? And did you have to apply to get a permit to move it?
1997 Ford F-250, No permit required at 40 foot.
Thanks for the fast reply, I was looking into moving a mobile home frame 10x50 right here in North Carolina but I wasn’t sure if a Dodge Ram 1500 would be able to pull it and if it’s even legal to pull it without a permit
@@ElPatronGamefarm At 10 feet wide and 50 feet long it will require a DOT permit, which cost almost $200. BUT, to get it hauled by a local wrecker or salvage company its probably cheaper! Check with a small towing company, they can legally haul the 10 wide up to 66 feet long.

Yes, I will do that. The HADCO are great, strong, and worth keeping but hard to find parts for. I believe thrasher bearings will be what fits it. I'll post a link to what fits and a video of the work.
This past sunday i acquired a trailer with this type of axle and couldn't figure out how to remove the inner bearing if you do a maintenance video let me know please and thank you

I thought every video show 8 feet wide ,you show 9 feet wide ,is it still usable on the road or city
You can haul it legally up to 103.5" wide with any vehicle rated for the weight, at over that width you need a move permit or a commercial license to do so until you reach 120" wide then its a whole new program.
