It is the most profound practice, people should not move to other more twisted practice with out this practice. It is almost like you go back to your primitive movement. We need to go back to this rooting movement. This is realle foundation of all Yoga Practice.

I loooooove John he's the best...it really doesn't make any sense trying to do all those hard poses with our bodies if we can't even play with our feet like a baby... I've been practicing a while and I'm surprised I can't do almost anything of the video.... I'm definitely doing this EVERY MORNING... 💕🙏 thank you so much you guys.. this is what yoga is really about..👣❤

I like this. Doing baby sequence is nice way to introduce yoga for elderly people and make sense. Because human body is going back to baby's when you gets old.

What an odd idea! I am 70 and my body is very far from a baby's one. My body is not walking the physical road back. It is preparing for some other journey.

This is the best yoga foundation for the beginners. And such a nice thing to learn/recall our baby movements. As a baby, I was very flexible and I was always wondering why have I lost my flexibility with growing up. Thank you so much for this demo.

You are cool guys!!! Thank you John!!! ❤️ going back turns to be looking at asanas which i have been doing as smthing I have been doing wrong and hurting myself. Loved that it was presented as a real sequenced practice as well, so we could do it here with you.

Love this practice. Salamander pose really reminded me of a baby's pose when reaching and trying to move and roll. Thanks!

Great video. Love it!! Amazing tips & very practical explanation. I am curious to know how your back is rested on the floor, when its arched , when is the sacrum is on the floor etc so next time if the camera man can show from the sideways it will be good to know those foundations as well. Thanks

I just did this sequence and find it great for my back, and for starting opening my hips and stretching my back legs muscles again!
I can't put my feet under my butt yet, the front muscle on my legs is not stretch enough. What I did is put the feet under going sideways with the body, and slowly working my way to front. Do you think is a good way to go, to not hurt myself but still stretch that front muscle?
