I don't have an answer or suggestion, just passing on that you are loved and a great husband and father. Thank you for sharing all your feelings and experiences.
❤ Stay strong brother. I also make today long walk 9k steps, visit my father grave and do some talking to him. In the afternoon I mowed the lawn. All to keep my thoughts occupied. I send you big hugs and lots of positive thoughts. Maybe it's worth returning to things that once interested you but you no longer do? I returned to learning how to sharpen knives with water stones. It allows me not to think about my problems for a moment.
Thanks for doing this videos, i enjoy you talk about the cancer and inlighten us who doesn´t know much about it effect the body, mind and health, keep on doing them and keep yourself mind occupied by these videos and FU#k CANCER my friend.
I am so sorry to hear that you are having such a hard time. I know myself what depression is. And it is no joke. I am here for you whenever and whatever you need ❤ Love you brother ❤
I AM happy that U still can and do video. Not really against the odds, rather with them. Depression is not a joke. I can only talk about my way out from Black Hole. Reach with memories stuped things ive did in kinderhood and if IT isnt direct phisisical danger to anyone - try to repeat as an adult. 2. Build something from a modelkit cheapiest, and easiest. 3 painting feelings. 4 staying close with a nature. Follow birds with with binoculars or just go fishing. That's what i do. If anything like this come to Your mind just check IT. Like Maveric said: dont think, just do.
Hey Grumpy, It's been a tough couple of weeks for sure. You mention the changes in your body and how it behaves and I suspect part of the clue is in that as well. You have had a tough time emotionally, a tough time with family circumstances, you have stress from the cancer and the potential house move - the meds are messing with your body and how it behaves, plus frankly, you are of an age similar to me where hormones levels are also starting to change - some call it the andropause - male menopause. If your hormone levels are changing all over at the same time as everything else, it can cause much of what you are experiencing (remember your teens?). It may be worth talking to your doc about to see if they can do a blood test to check and see if that is an issue for you. I know that for women on some similar medication to you for their breast cancer it can sometimes cause similar issues so it kinda makes sense but definitely do talk to your doc about this as a potential side effect. Meantime, hang in there and lean on us - you and Ms Grumpy too. Much love to both of you.

If I'm in a bad mood I listen to uplifting music. My recommendation against depression is "Spirits Will Collide" by Devin Townsend.

You are making plenty of sense...!
