    Big fan of my 2021 Canyon Denali. Got it 3 months ago and it's a solid rig. Im 6'2' aswell and i do have an issue with the height of the seat belt. It really doesn't go over my shoulder. A second issue was the running boards. No need for them. Every person that has gotten out the truck says there just in the way. Its a stretch to get over them and Seems like there is 4 inches from the board to the floor of the truck. (To short)
    Great Great vehicle.
    Also look closely at that bedliner it isnt a spray in! Its actually a shell put in. I think the sides are spray! Bit iy meets at the floor to a piece i can see under practically. Speaking of the bed, the LED lights under the side rails are an absolute handy option. Take care bud. Awesome review. 💪

      Appreciate the comment from a fellow Brad! I don't care for the boards either but the spray liner is a spray liner as we sometimes get overspray on the cab that we use chemical remove.

    Another reason to buy the two speed transfer case with 4 low is because it has a neutral position that enables the Canyon to be flat towed behind a motor home. You cannot flat tow a Canyon with a single speed transfer case.

    A lack of blind spot monitors is really a complete let down. Once you have them it is very hard to get a vehicle without them. Same goes for rain sensing wipers.

    The seats look identical to my 2020. I love my truck but there are some laughable parts considering it’s a Denali: no keyless entry/start, no sunroof, no LED headlights or tail lights, no blind spot motors, no automatic wipers, no 360 camera system, no heated rear seats, single zone climate control. Otherwise, best looking midsize truck and the V6 is plenty powerful for this truck. I was initially going to get a Taco but the Canyon is much roomier especially for rear passengers, and the Camry engine in the Taco is under powered.

      @WesternGMDrumheller  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Mike if you have read any of my previous comments I think you can see that I was hoping for a REDESIGN not just a minor update on the front end and tailgate but your on point with what you said. To be honest many of our customers who are buying these don't want advanced safety features and more technology to break down. One of the reasons the TACO has been so good is it hasn't really changed since 2005. Same halogen lights, same big foamy seats, same hard plastic interior, same 100lb hood, lol, but when you do minor changes over 15yrs and don't add any new technology you have a basic but reliably truck. I prefer and recommend a Colorado ZR2 over any Taco.

    Why are people who bought this truck all complaining about the horrible non-adjustable lumbar cushion of this seat that hurts them after a few miles then????? They all seem to hate the driver seat so much, they regret buying this truck...
    Please elaborate on this issue... Thank you for your review...

    • @WesternGMDrumheller
      @WesternGMDrumheller  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The people who complain about this seat often never bought a truck at all its the internet of things. We have many senior customers driving this truck and the only thing I hear them complain about is they wish it had a big sunroof and power sliding rear window. The seat on this truck is more firm then say the Ranger but it has a shorter seat cushion which does add to leg fatigue.
