Both this and the previous Sierra pickups are both really nice. Wouldn't mind owning either of them. That said, the interiors (especially the Canyon) are really starting to show their age. Love what I'm seeing though for the refreshed interiors for the full size pickups and anxious to see what they do for the Canyon/Colorado trucks. Thanks Will!!

Thanks for the comment Scott I agree the interiors are quite dated for both trucks, although I still really liked the interior on the AT4 the way it was. Canyon could really use the updated interior more than the Sierra in my opinion but refreshing both trucks can’t hurt!

I have the 2021 AT4 full load. Great Truck. Got the long box but is still feels like a reasonable size to drive. Love having the 6'2 box yet still being able to park it so easy. Very peppy engine is the V6

I prefer the engine options in the Canyon AT4 as well the way it drives and feels smaller than it really is, but the interior leaves something to be desired. It’d be a tough choice but I’d go with the Ranger for it’s nicer interior unless I could get a Canyon AT4 with the 2.8 duramax diesel. However personally if I was spending my money on a midsize off road capable truck I’m going with a TRD Tacoma or the new Frontier Pro-4X all day. Ford has the nicest interior but that’s not what I’d be buying the truck for haha. If we’re talking full size trucks, GMC 6.2 AT4 all day!

@@WTFCRLT1 Thank you for impute ,much appreciated! I do like all of them trucks! I do have a friend who works for Nissan though. Gmc looks tough and Ford is pretty bad ass after the coil over lift. Toyota is around every corner though. I would like a long bed though.
      Thank you,
      Brad.

The absolute BITCHING people have over a damn key lol. Anyone with the interest in a well-aged body style with familiar powertrain that has all the known issues worked out that it could have, lights that don't cost a fortune to replace when they die (and LEDs do die, all the time), well designed albeit dated interior that's simple yet refined and actually requires the operator to be awake to use it, and has the extra security feature that could be the difference of your truck being in your driveway in the morning, vs. slammed in a container on it's way to Uganda, I highly recommend picking up a 2022 before they're gone. It never ceases to amaze me how many people see the features that attracted me to this truck as drawbacks, and get their panties in such a twist. It's a TRUCK ffs.

Agree. I have a 2018 canyon Denali and love having a key. Had an envoy with push button recline and everyone always screwed up my seating position. That doesn’t happen with a manual lever.

Its only really bitching imo if every other make has keyless and push start and ONE doesnt lol. I ended up having to take this off my list because of the lack of things on a PREMIUM(supposedly) that comes on other brands. I dont care so much about the charger..but why would you make a charger that fits phones from 2010 and most modern wont fit...we all tried our phones(3 different phones) none fit this. and on their upscale premium mid size no push button.. thats pretty fail when others come stock with them..(Pro4x Frontier for instance fits modern phones AND has push button)

Love the grill. These are going to be rare in the future. 2 year only with the update and the pandemic and parts shortages made them rare. The Cocco/Dune interior is rare too. Too bad its boring white on the outside. Like a work truck.

Where did the 3.6 L come from and where did it go ? Came from Australia ,where they were built for the Impala which was discontinued. Now what should they do with all these Bullets. Rather high revving for a truck at 6900 Rpms. Put a high number of gears in the transmission and GM was happy.

Shame on GM for never upgrading the Canyon and Colorado with features like a sunroof, push button start, 7 cameras, heads-up display, performance exhaust and intake, inverter, rear view mirror camera, etc. I would buy one but now waiting on new designed 2023 model. I'll keep driving my 6.2 liter 2019 Silverado High Country.

Using the term “All New” should be reserved for when a vehicle is actually all new. Not in production since 2015 with minor facelifts.

My GMC Sierra Denali has all these and I guess it has me spoiled, but, as you said it's also $25,000 more than this one. :-)

Great video, but I am totally SHOCKED to find way more equipment and technology in a 25K$ base Hyundai SUV than this "luxury" (not) truck... No smart-key, no push start, no 360 cameras, no panoramic sunroof, no wireless Apple CarPlay, is that a joke in 2022? Is this a 1990 truck or what?

Why is there no push button start in a Denali - another GM skimping move!!!!
If I have to take my key out of my pocket to drive my truck when buying a truck - they will not get my business.

buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into
the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service,
the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a

This truck has some nice features, but I think GMC/Chevy are really behind their competitors. Toyota is number 1 in the midsize truck market and even though they may have some outdated features, like tech, it still looks better than this. It’s simple but fits well with the truck. The new Nissan Frontier is really nice too. Compared to them with this pricing not an option for me.
