I bought a cheap one from Amazon. Same box. The suction works great, but the magnetic ring doesn't stay stuck to my phone! It comes off on the device.

I stuck mine in the middle of my dash screen. F it. Works great. I don’t push buttons on screen anyway. I use the iPhone and my steering wheel controls. Nice.

The pivot on mine is not strong enough to stabilize on the road in truck. Goes limp noodle

You can apply that to a rougher surface and then stick the suction cup to the plastic square.

Mine does the same thing. The motor keeps running on most surfaces. Piece of garbage. Don’t waste your money.
