What are the borders around the NIC grid doors? Where can I buy them?

Oh wow this is kind of an old comment, love your channel btw. I would suggest using zipties but putting them on at an angle(to make the door) you could also just make a door on top of the bottom one.

    • @thenameless9712
      @thenameless9712 5 ปีที่แล้ว +5

HaSya if there’s a potty training pad (usually for dogs) under the bedding of the litter box the smell should be minimal if not at all, as long as you change it out every other day

+Jazzie 'Mariee For me, having a bunny helps release some of my stress. If I am unhappy or am stressed out, I can just pet her and she'll just seem so relaxed and content, which makes me feel better. I don't know why, but it just does.

I share my whole room with my bunny, have to clean it every 1-2 days, he can jump on my bed and sleep at the end of my bed, he does this when I'm getting ready for bed, honestly, it's more work but it's a amazing experience I sometimes wake up to him jumping in front of me or siting on me, but it's amazing, there's no cage or anything I put his litter box in one side of the room and toys ect around, he takes up my whole room.

I like seeing how calm your bunny is around you. It means that she is happy, and you give her lots of attention. Too many rabbit videos, I see the rabbit take off running as soon as they put their hand near the rabbit (just giving a rabbit a lot of space doesn't mean they are comfortable around humans if they aren't given enough attention), even if only reaching to grab a toy. If a rabbit feels safe they will come running right up to you as soon as the cage door opens up, as I have seen Rosie do in many of your videos that I've watched so far.

My Bindi is in my room and she dug out her litter and I got a box with a grate and it stopped that. But it’s such a good bonding experience to have them in your room. And she is right, you are going to notice more if something is off. They do better when they are in your company.

She's so cute! Having animals in your room can be extremely difficult. I've got 2 rabbits, 4 guinea pigs, 3 mice, a hamster, 4 bettas, and 2 hermit crabs living in my room with me. It's a struggle to keep everything clean! Oh and some nights they are all so loud that I have to go sleep in my family room aha. But it's so worth it too be close with them, and it definitely bonds you with your animal.

I live on a boat, small houseboat with my small bunny named Honey. She is litter trained and well-mannered. Since I own my own little home I have customized it for the bunny. Iona cage but she has never been in it, maybe once or twice. She goes to bed early and waits for me oh, and every night I have to pet her or at least 30 minutes. She sleeps next to my head guarding me. I put a pet carrier on my bed with hay in it and if I move around in my sleep she can run and hide in there. I also have a litter tray on the foot of my bed. She really doesn't want to get out of the bed at night, once in a while she goes off and sleeps in her house underneath. I keep a bale of hay under the kitchen table. It is the most wonderful pet I've ever owned and I love her so much I can't stand it. She taught me to keep my house clean to. Never choose on anything, she's lived with me now almost 2 years. I rescued her when she was about four months old from another almost abandoned boat. So who maybe I pirated it. She's never jumped overboard, never bit me, never peed on the floor. They don't have much detectable smell. I could go on and on but.

Biggest problem I had with my rabbit in my room was that he'd jump onto my bed starting around 6:30am almost constantly, I'd spend the next few hours at regular intervals having to wake up and put him down on the floor again.

I have a male bunny that I go from a breeder (We couldn't find any bunny adoption pplaces) I am trying to litter train him. I got him about 3-4 days ago and he just hides under my bed all the time, when i walk into my room, or if he is out and sees me he runs back under the bed. If i tried picking him up once and he freaked out. How long does it take for him to get used to me and not hide all the time? I've never seen him binkey :( He's not a baby, but then again not yet an adult.I saw a few videos on bonding with the bunny, but he runs away from me so i cannot do them :(

HeyItsKatelynn He probably had a past with bad experiences with humans or a lack of experience. I have seen people create an open pen area and sit in it with the bunny ignoring it and letting the bunny get comfortable with your presence. Let the bunny initiate the contact. You can also feed it pellets or treats from your hand so it associates you with good things. It is all about building trust. Rabbits are prey animals so they can be skittish and need hidey houses and tunnels which make them feel comfortable.

You should try not to carry it because you will lose trust. When I got my bunny she was like that. We kept her in the cage for 3 days so she could get used to her surroundings. You should try to come them with rabbit relaxing music

María their poop or pee doesn't really smell .. But I have my rabbit in my room and I use wood shavings. I teamed him to poop in it, and that helps alot of there was a scent ... I change it every few days.
Also the rabbit itself shouldn't smell badly. Rabbits are very clean animals. Unlike a dog their fur doesn't smell.

Make sure your rabbit is spayed or neutered. So their pee won't smell as bad.

The reason i cant move him yet is because i need to wait until I move into my next house, as im in a rental rn.

Maybe you could use the vacuum (if you have one) just put the bunny somewhere safe or you can ask a sibling or your mom to dad just to watch your rabbit then you could vacuum so you can get rid of the hay everywhere on the carpet. I'm trying to convince my parents to get me a rabbit 🐰. I even used my sketch book and wrote everything you need for a rabbit and the care! I didn't sketch so much so I just ripped the few pages of the drawings and I'm using the sketch book to write everything down

Timothy hay causes hayfever in some people. Luckily rabbits also can eat orchard grass, meadow grass, mountain grass!!! My son was allergic to Timothy hay, we use Orchard grass and no more allergies! Timothy hay is not the only hay rabbits can eat, it's just the most popular.

Hi guys, I have some advice to help with some of the cons,so I have two bunnies, (twinkie-boy, /Mars-girl)and we have a sheet of PVC material under it so we can easily and quickly clean up any hay/ water / other mess they make, just one brush with a dustpan and its gone, super cheap, £5 for a metreish, and you can get funky patterns etc, looks really cool, next, noise, we use our rabbits as alarm clocks haha, wake up when they make noise, and then feed them and fill their water, they quiet down immediately to eat, chewing, we make sure they chew their toys, we play with them while they are jn the cage so they know that's where they chew, when they come out of the cage, they don't chew as often, taming, one of my rabbits hates me, but loves my partner, and ones the other way around, they take time to get use to you, but both don't care who strokes them or feeds them, it only really effects them when we need to pick them up/ move them, they also hate ecahother so we keep them separate, but we made it work, they one of their cages is open at any one tome, so they can choose to come out or stay in, some days neither want to come out, some days they are both out for the same amount of time!hope this helped, also Mars has the same carrot bowl xD

thanks so much for all of your rabbit vids! I'm pretty sure I'm getting a bunny for christmas and i was thinking about keeping my bunny in my room. i had an old dog named princess who passed away over the summer, but she was fine with my old bunny. however my family now has a crazy puppy that will play with anything she can! she's 10 months but she's a leonberger so she's huge. if you look at her she looks like a big, tough dog, but she's actually afraid of everything. i took my teacher's gerbils home for a weekend and my dog was literally petrified of them, so i think i should be okay with a bunny. but just in case when I'm not home, id like to keep the bunny in my room so i can close the door whenever. so again, thanks so much for ur vids cuz they helped me so much to convince my parents to get me a bunny. I'm also gonna get the double level condo. I'm so exited!!!XD
