I will just add to the other posts here in that I’m hoping you guys make a return soon. The food pairing element was interesting to me as someone who always reaches for chocolate with my whiskey. I watch a lot of bourbon reviews and for some reason, the slick US based reviews leave me cold whereas here, I can really relate directly to Gustav’s more relaxed yet insightful approach and well, it’s just pleasant to watch even WITHOUT a dram! 😎
I'm surprised you got your hands on a bottle, I haven't seen the square official bottling in at least a decade! Used to be one of my favorites but now the Singleton stuff is for the Asian market only. So sad! Thanks for the review and Proos!
