    but arent the carrots going to absorb the water and make them soft? and why do you need to replace the water?

    • @LearnWithSumaiya
      @LearnWithSumaiya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      No its doesn’t absorb water, it stays super crispy. Try this and you will love it. You need to change water after few days because water changes little color. So it is recommended to change water that keeps carrots fresh and more crisper. 😊

      @@LearnWithSumaiya Do you think a little kosher salt added to the water would help with freshness? I’m thinking a pinch of salt in the water might help if you forgot to change the water in 5 days.

      Ohh sorry to hear that ! maybe you have left it for long and didn’t change water for long. I usually change water after 4-5 days. Try that it really helps

    Can we use plastic air tight containers

    • @LearnWithSumaiya
      @LearnWithSumaiya  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have never tried with plastic container but I think it should be fine, as far as your air tight container is all clean. Try that and provide your feedback. 😊

      @@user-zi8fr7pd4f Hi twinkle unfortunately not! You cannot store lemons or other vegetables that way. To my knowledge You can store celery only this way.
