I was out and about today and I had two rude people helping me. I felt myself in fight or flight and after I left the store I was analyzing it to get a grip as to why I would go into fight or flight.. I did not get belligerent I just asked who the store manager was and could sense a drop in their attitude. How is that handled in shadow work. No judgement and examine why I was upset? I too can be rude given the right circumstances so I guess by acknowledging that it helps me in moving forward. I am happy that I am in the present examining what is occurring.

I love your videos; they're really different and deep. Could you make a video recommending books about art therapy and Jung, or in general?
