Lol I live here and recognised it immediately. Glad you had a good time. The swell can get up super quick so caution always advised. I realise vid is 2 years old now. Tight lines for future.👍
Yo buddy. Me again. I fished there today. 9th sep 2023. Gotta be honest a bit weird buddy. We fished the scoop rocks (where you are in this) And hit just tiny Pollack. Then some bloke and his missus....just turned up behind us. How the hell they did the climb ? Mad. Then they both stripped off naked!! FOR REAL!. We had 5 Pollack in 3 hrs, two of us. Biggest 4lb 3. Then Doomer (mate) hit a bass on a Biscay Shad I loaned him. Boom a fat 3 lb bass. Then , five mins on, same plastic, boooom. 5 and half pounder in pristine condition. I have to be honest, I wanted to eat that fish. Stunning bass. But he put it back. No bass for me. We ended up throwing out feathers and having a mackerel contest. This venue always throws up surprises
Fladen only good for rods really iv got a couple of fladen rods there decent! A wierd company coz there never consistent iv had some really good fladen stuff and some rubbish
@@theunknownfishermanuk8060 been looking on google maps for 3 hours now lol i think i found it but wont find out till i can get down there in june boooooooo :s
@@theunknownfishermanuk8060 we were just scouting the area for next time we go down but the guy down there had pollock and doggy’s he didn’t look impressed we found it but we won’t be saying the location wouldn’t want to spoil the spot
Hi mate, firstly I want to say that's it's a good video- very well produced. However, I don't want to sound like twat, but next time please don't broadcast these marks over TH-cam. It's a quiet locals mark, one of very few Cornish marks that hasn't yet been ruined by overcrowding. There is very limited parking on private land, and it's also very dangerous due to the proper dodgy climb and big atlantic swells. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, as I did enjoy the video, but some marks are best kept to yourself 👍
Chill Out....leave them to it......we have 300 miles of coast line.... and you need to start searching it...if you think that mark/area is unknown...new or special
@@insertpienow let's show all the inexperienced anglers all the dangerous marks then.... and a lot of cornish rock marks have limited space so can easily become a struggle to get down there next time.

Not sure on the make it’s from angling direct £35 for the rod and can’t remember where I got the real from, thanks for watching 🎣👍
I tell you something that fladen reel would be no match for a ten pound seatrout!🏴☠️🤭
😂😂 I wouldn’t want a 5lb pollock on it. Thanks for watching 👍🎣

You cant say this is the best spot and then not tell us where it is 😢
Clearly you cannot be expected to say where you were. But would you say English Channel or Atlantic?
It was near lands end if that helps
