This blacked face onceler honestly scares me. this makes him very dark, not really caring about the deforestation and damage he caused as he continued to profit more and more, I love that fact.
Exacto, al inicio tiene rostro pero a medida que avanza va perdiendo su rostro hasta llegar biggering en donde pierde su rostro y solo ves sus guantes verdes como el original
for everyone scared of his edited face, his face is probably blacked out becuase you were never supposed to see his face in the original lorax, he was not meant to be sympathized with, and more of the personification of corporate greed.
In a storyboard (by Natschema) Onceler's face darkens until only his green gloves are visible like the original, as it shows how little by little he becomes corrupted until he becomes the personification of corporate greed, that idea that little by little little bit he lost his face until he became like the onceler of '72, it was a good idea to be honest
@@estrella-om7tuexactly. my ideal version of the Lorax is one where the Onceler starts out as a character the audience can relate to and sympathize with, and when he decides to go down the path of corruption. We begin to see his face less and less. Until in beggering we can only see like his mouth or chin with the rest of his face being covered up by his hat or cleaver camera angles, and then at the end of the song when he says “this is all so gratifying”. We get the money shot where we see his face is gone as he has fully turned into the Onceler of old. I think that would be sick.
@@AnthonyPoveda-lo1sxIf you're talking about that storyboard from the WhySoAnimated channel, know that it was a school project, the official one is lost media.
Docotor: Sir, you have two minutes left to live. Are there any final song requests you have? Me: Play Biggering... Doctor: But that song is 5 minutes long! Death: Nah I'll wait.
Ngl, that edited pic of the oncelers face completely overtaken by shadow is more unnerving than it should be
It makes me think of my face there. How anyone can take his role...
This movie could've been so good, man.
@@PoopyHeadGaming The Onceler was destined to be the personification of corporate greed since anyone could take his place and end up like him,
Put this song in my funeral or else im not dying
Who cares if some things are dying?
Then be immortal
Yo dude you just figured out immortality

Considering the original Onceler had his face blacked out/not shown, it basically fits with the edited image.
Me encanta como le taparon el rostro a Once ler, así representando que cualquiera de nosotros puede ser el, como en el libro.

I wish there was a real storyboard for biggering :(
Actually it exists

@@VitorDantasRezende Really, tahnk you for the information, but I hear that the WhySoAnimated version was in the movie DvD in the extra content
There was no official storyboard for biggering. They never used it, they declined it immediately and scrapped it.@@VitorDantasRezende

It's analog horror material
work of art
guys, i think the blacked out face is rather cool! am i crazy?
He looks great like this, since it reminds us of the original Onceler where he had no face and only his green gloves were visible.
Who cares if some things are dying?!
I don't wanna hear your crying 😡
